    When I work with users and have imprecise information, I often have to do a Google search, where I usually find what I'm looking for quickly, copy the exact title/information there and start a search in Primo.
    I feel like it should be possible to make an improvement in this matter.

    I like the mentioned solution from DTU. Many users order a book from us to be sent to a different courier location because they don't understand that they can just collect it at the shelf.
