Our staff work in multiple circ desks to handle resource sharing duties across 4 libraries and an archives library. I have 3 incidents I had to investigate in the past 2 months because someone forgot to switch their location back.

I've looked into adding this "Expiration Alert Period" and I'm not finding it in the documentation linked. Can you please tell me where to look? Or if this is even still a thing, being that the last comment is from 2 years ago?

@Moshe - the profiles help, but they also need to be kept up to date, so unless you using a profile for very commonly added roles, they aren't as helpful as copying whatever roles were active for the previous employee in a long-held position. We definitely make configuration changes in Alma that affect roles (and have feature releases that affect roles) more often than we turn over higher level staff. Copying someone's roles is sort of an "individual profile", where I feel like the profiles applied more broadly are best for across-the-board roles that apply to all kinds of staff at implementation or when new student workers are hired.
