Allow instructors to see List and Item Discussions more clearly
Although there are concerns around anonymity of list and item level discussions, instructors are interested in being able to easily get a course-level overview of the discussions on their lists, and items on their lists. Currently the Notifications can help to get instructors to individual comments, but these have no course context, having list filtering and no course details. Being able to see whole discussions from notifications and seeing the courses with which they are associated would help greatly here.
For example, if a lecturer is seeking feedback on assigned readings on a list, it would be useful to be…

Extra scope in Leganto with all the citations already processed by the library
We would like another scope to be added in Leganto: The completed Leganto citations already approved by the library. Effectively, the content in Alma>Fulfillment>Course Reserves>Citations.
In most cases a citation will rarely be perfect when you import it to a reading list. You usually have to customize the citation in some way. To be able to reuse the already processed and completed citation will save a lot of work for both instructors and/or librarians. This is especially true for book chapters, as not many are catalogued in Alma as such.
Completed citations could be easily searchable by instructors in Leganto.

make tags of mandatory or optional reading as compulsory so that librarians know exactly which material to buy without having to clarify
if these tags were compulsory Liaison librarian wouldn't then have to clarify with instructors whether or not to buy material.

Searching or refining a search with publication year
The citation search in Leganto has been significantly improved with the material type facets.
But it could be made even more efficient and userfriendly with the possibility to search or filter by publication year.
Some publications such as reports have the same title and the time of publication is a good way to differentiate between them and/or easier to remember than a DOI.4 votes -
Instructor / list owner to receive notification when list and/or all list citations marked complete
It would be useful for the instructor to know when all citations have been dealt with by library staff so that they can then choose to publish their list (rather than making the list available to students despite some items not being obtainable).

Autocomplete Non-CiteIt Citations based on Material Type or other configured rules
It would be very useful to be able to have configuration in Alma that would allow citations with a specific list of defined Material Types to be set to citation status: Complete and Copyright Status: Not Required or Approved automatically when they first are created on the Reading List. This would save staff working on Reading lists where there are numerous citations which need no copyright approval or should be auto Approved and need no user intervention, to be automatically marked complete if they matched a configurable list of material types exiting in Alma already.
At the moment it takes…

Link to earlier book editions in the student view
To be able to add a link to a reading list to all earlier editions of a book (which are suitable for students to use). The link would need to be visible in the student view and ideally display all the earlier edition books with links.

Add ability to adjust display order of Library Discussion & bX recommendations
When viewing a citation, the Bx recommendations pop up above library discussion often pushing them down out of view. It would be preferable to enable a swap of the order of discussion and bX so discussion appears first or show both collapsed by default so the discussion option is lost to users.

Cite It favicon
The Cite It bookmark should have a favicon (small icon or logo) so that it is easily distinguishable from other bookmarks.

Allow to embed the reading list page main content area to another webpage
We wish to have a way to embed the reading list page main content area (as attached) to another webpage. Because our library has a webpage for recommended books, and wants to show the reading list embedded in that webpage.
Thank you

"send list"
The "Send list" button should be renamed "SAVE". It is far from obvious that this must be pressed in order to finalize the list (which I assume this button does?)

Edit Pane to remain on Screen when editing & saving an item.
When you edit an item in a reading list and click save the list advisor panel replaces the edit panel, it would be better for the edit panel to remain on screen after you've clicked on save as further edits may be needed to the same item?

Lookup pricing and availability of books at online bookstores and display to patrons
Ability to lookup pricing and availability of books using online bookstores' REST APIs and display to students and instructors, with links, in the Additional Services section of the full citation display. So not just links that might not work using "general electronic service", but more like "Check Availability and Pricing" in Alma. Not just for Amazon, it needs to be possible for an institution to select their preferred partner(s) and configure their affiliate ID or other parameters in the API requests.

Adding metadata to articles via the search interface in ALMA
When using the Link Resolver on an uploaded article it needs comprehensive amounts of metadata attached in order to locate the resource.
If an article is uploaded without metadata the librarian needs to search Primo and manually add the needed metadata to the item.
In order to optimize the workflow we would like to be able to use Locate Resource in Alma to find the metadata and automagically add it to the item. As we are using Primo VE this should be possible.

Material Visibility Start and End Dates on Rollover Inherit New Course Start and End Dates
Adding material visibility start and end dates for uploaded files requires clicking in and out of every citation on the list which has an uploaded file, and then clicking 4 or 5 times further to advance the calendar to the end of the semester for each citation's material visibility end date. This request is asking for the rollover process, both for instructor and course loader rollover, to include the option to assign new material visibility start and end dates to any citations on the list which have a material visibility date at the time of rollover, and the new course…

Limit the approvals request list
It would greatly improve workflow to allow the staff processing the Approvals Request List to be able to limit the items in the list by the year, semester and request type (e.g. to weed out Patron Request types). This would let staff show just the items they are interested in, and eliminate all the noise of the old approvals.
Attached is an example of how we would like the Status filter to appear on the Approval Requests List.

Define course dates automatically from LTI launch
Currently when creating a course via LTI, the course name, course code, and course ID are automatically filled in. But the course start date and end date aren't, so default to the dates configured as default in Alma, or to the current day's date.
This is extra work for the library to maintain and/or for lecturers to update, and this risks errors creeping in which could affect our copyright clearance reporting.
Can the course dates data be automatically brought across via LTI into the Leganto course?
