Active Links in Journal Record when Searching in Journals
Currently when you search for a journal in a general search the full record will have links to the author, subject heading, etc. When you use the actual Journal Search this links are not available. It would be nice to have active links in this record as well.

Thank you for this idea.
We plan to support hypertext linking in the Journal and Database pages in the New Primo Experience user interface (using configuration).
Best regards

Currently, the basic search and advanced search results provides journal, database, and newspaper records the ability to broaden the search by using lateral links. When the same records are displayed on the Journal Search, Database Search, and Newspaper Search pages, they do not have lateral links. This means there is no way to find more from the listed authors, subjects, related titles, etc. Please add lateral links to these pages for all fields available as in the basic search and advanced search.

The active link should be extended to any link present in the record, such as the Related title

I also agree with this proposal, it seems very sensible.

I agree with this proposal, also for the Database Search. I understand that clicking on a link launches an advanced search in Primo (outside the Database Search and Journals AtoZ), but if users were directed to a new browser tab then I don't think it would be too confusing for them.

I agree. I think it would be useful to have the lateral links enabled when viewing a journal record from an AtoZ journal search result. This different behaviour seems unexpected when it looks to me like the record is exactly the same whether you do an AtoZ search or if you do a Basic/Advanced search.
Thanks for considering.

That would be extremely useful for both users and librarians alike. It seems only logical to have subject heading and author links show up as active when also using the Journals Search.
