Separate AutoHoldings collection for Taylor & Francis eBooks
I would like to propose the creation of a separate AutoHoldings collection specifically for Taylor & Francis eBooks. At present, the AutoHoldings job is being managed within the "Taylor & Francis eBooks Complete Collection" (Community Zone Electronic Collection ID: 611000000000000660).
The absence of a distinct AutoHoldings collection for Taylor & Francis eBooks presents challenges in terms of effectively managing and tracking our holdings. A dedicated collection would greatly enhance our ability to maintain accurate records and streamline workflows.
We've noticed that other publishers, such as SpringerLink and Wiley Online Library, have separate AutoHoldings collections, including:

However, this integration has already been deployed long ago, so any change will cause issues to customers who use it.
Therefore, after consulting Alma ERM, we will not be making this change.

Adding Facets to Alma's internal All Titles, Physical Titles, and Physical Items searches
Currently, a search within Alma allows for a limited number of facets to filter a user's search when searching "All Titles", "Physical Titles", and "Physical Items". These only include the following facets: "Material Type", "Resource Type", "Language", and "Publication Year."
In contrast, Primo VE's public search has many more configurable options that include "Location", "Creation Date", "Collection", "Availability/Peer Review", etc. It seems odd that Alma would be unable to also use some of these options since they're configured within Alma. Suppress from Public Displayed on Export
A field for indicating if records are currently suppressed from discovery should be standard on all exports directly coming out of Alma. Having this information directly available would greatly help in tracking data pulled from Alma without having to go into individual records first, or pulling a list from Analytics first to cross-reference.

Allow appending function to update portfolio Internal description field
Currently, there is no append option in the Information Update - Change Electronic portfolio information job. Hence, contents of portfolio Internal Description would be overwritten and extra work needed to lookup existing notes in the Internal Description field. If there is the append option, it will be easier to add new notes to the Internal Description without affecting already existed contents.

Display Number of Records in Set Information Section
It would be extremely beneficial to have the ability to view the number of records in a set directly within the Set Information Section, without the need to click through to the content.
Specifically, adding a line such as “Number of Records: ####” in the Set Information Section would streamline the process of sorting through sets. For example, when managing multiple sets of items for withdrawal, it would allow me (or my students) to quickly ascertain the number of remaining items without the need to navigate into each set, view the content, and then return to the previous screen.

Alma Link Resolver on all Google Scholar Records
As an Alma Administrator at Kettering University, we would like the option for our Alma link resolver to appear on all Google Scholar records.
It would be nice for our patrons searching in Google Scholar to see the option to check access in our library holdings or request through our resource sharing without leaving the platform. We have activated it now in the library links settings, but it only appears in limited records (image attached).

Add public note for link in record collections
Give customers the ability to add a public note to link in record collections that displays to the user whenever links from the collection are displayed in Primo.
Our use case for this is enhancement would be Unpaywall for CDI (Collection ID 61738162240004646). This is database collection with no portfolios that displays a link in record for open access content available from Unpaywall. The problem is the open access version of a publication can sometimes differ from the final published version. However, there is no way to communicate this to the user. Make "search" and "sort by" functionality from Browse Bibliographic Headings accessible when binocular icon is clicked.
The Browse Bibliographic Headings feature allows a user to search in the results list and to sort the list by date, title, creator, etc. When you click the binocular icon for a subject in Alma, it looks like it brings up the Browse Bibliographic Headings feature, but the search and sort features are missing. We'd like them to be added to the results screen when you click the binocular icon.

Allow Multiple Customized Views
When viewing a list of items, sometimes I want to view all fields, and sometimes I would like to only display certain fields, particularly when exporting fields for reports. I would like to click the sprocket and switch between a couple of saved views (aka which boxes are checked + button order), or at least be able to reset to MY preferred default

Improve accessibility of some pop-ups in MDE
Some pop-ups in Alma cannot be handled with the keyboard (e.g. with the tab and enter keys) but need mouse clicks.
This makes end-to-end work processes based on keyboard actions and shortcuts impossible.
For employees with repetitive strain injury (RSI) who should minimize repetitive mouse actions for medical reasons, this is a disadvantage.
It would be very useful to be able to handle the following pop-ups with the keyboard:“Expand from template”, the template cannot be selected and confirmed via keyboard (tab, arrow keys, enter).

The addition of the ability to facet on item format and language in the MDE external resources search.
It would be really useful to be able to search external resources via the MDE specifically by format and language, or filter the results accordingly. For example, if a cataloguer wants to search principally for records in English and for print format items only.

Improve the efficiency and accuracy of Check call no.
In the Aleph environment, when a cataloger presses F3 in the MARC tag of call number (050), they can see "all" similar call numbers. This helps them to decide the call number for the record they are working on. The system does not differentiate whether these are physical or electronic resources, or whether they have holdings. However, in the Alma environment, when in the same call number (050) MARC tag, it is not possible to see "all" call numbers of records in the system, especially not for electronic resources. Selecting multiple sets of bibliographic records to export just in one go
At the moment the process to export multiple bib record sets is quite time-consuming since sets can only be selected one at a time. That means that if there are ten sets of bib records to export, the same procedure must be repeated ten times.
I wanted to suggest that from the Run a job screen it is possible just to select/tick in one go all the sets that need to be exported. It would be an enormous time-saver. "Show linked bibliographic records" action in Authorities search.
Add a new action in the Authorities search, that will allow navigating to the bibliographic records in the institution's catalog that have bib headings linked to that authority record.

Delete Bibliographic Records Job should be able to be restricted to the different Related Record Types
The "Delete Bibliographic Records" job can be executed with "Do not delete if related to other records", but the parameter takes into account any Related Record Type to other bib records. We think it would be a great improvement if "Do not delete if related to other records" could be used to optionally select the exact Related Record Types that should be used for running the job. This selection would be very similar to the functionality for consortia "Restrict Deletion of Network Zone Bibliographic Records with Related Records " with Configuration > Resources > Collection Retention > Bibliographic Record Deletion…

Add privilege to perform "Browse shelf listing" to physical inventory roles
When a user has the "Physical Inventory Operator" but no "Cataloger" role he/she can perform browse search in bibliographical and authority data but can NOT select "Browse shelf listing" - which is what one would expect.
