A dedicated search based on a user’s total fine and fee balance would make account management more efficient, especially when staff need to find users within a specific balance range. Adding filters for exact amounts, minimum, and maximum balances could make the feature even more practical.

Being able to search or filter users by their total fine or fee balance could make it much easier to identify accounts that need attention. It would also be helpful if the search supported ranges, such as users with balances above or below a specified amount.

An error occurred while saving the comment This would be a useful addition for institutions working with Japanese resources. Having the three Shiryo Sanshu volumes available as Aggregator package collections would make portfolio management and discovery much easier in Alma. Hopefully these collections can be added with the registered portfolios included.

Allowing users to copy and paste directly from Alma Analytics report results would be a practical usability improvement. It would make it much easier to move selected data into spreadsheets, documents, or other workflows without having to export an entire report.
