User Management
It would be useful to have a bulk-edit option for user notes in Alma. When several user records need the same note or update, staff could apply the change to multiple records at once instead of editing each record individually.

This would be a very useful improvement for Alma. While Alma already supports bulk updates for many user fields, adding or modifying user notes in bulk would save staff a lot of repetitive work.
A feature allowing staff to select a user set and apply the same note, note type, and visibility settings to all selected records would make the workflow much more efficient.
