    Regarding "Access to Borrowing History Across NZ Institutions"

    We request that librarians be able to view the borrowing history and current loan status of their university patrons at other NZ institutions within the Fulfillment Network.

    【Current Situation & Need】
    1. Patrons often seek assistance at their home library regarding loans from other institutions. However, home institution librarians have no direct access to this information and must contact the lending library for assistance.

    2. This limitation causes delays, especially outside regular service hours, impacting patron support.

    3. Librarians would only access this data when patrons present their library ID, effectively granting consent. This ensures privacy is respected.
