    I'd strongly support it, and would add $c and $d too! The problem is with all first names entries, and that is not only monarchs, but most medieval names. In an entry like Thomas Aquinus Primo only looks for Thomas, there are hundreds of Johannes ..., it is impossible without $b and often without $d.

    I totally agree. Actually it is difficult to understand why on earth the location was ever excluded from the keyword search.
