Some additional hints on SLSP side:
there are some Borrowing Mediation Rules that could be used to reject borrowing requests if items are available locally, but it doesn't seem enough.
It can get frustrating for patron users if they can place requests that are then rejected, it would make more sense to hide the Request button from the start.
Ideally, there could be an optional functionality integrated into the Display Logic Rules: libraries/IZs that prefer having an offer in the Rapido tile could keep it and work e.g. with BMR, whereas libraries/IZs that don't wish to allow requests if items are available on site can hide the request button. -

As Rolf mentions, it would be great to have more granularity when working with Display Logic Rules to hide offers.
At the moment we only have "Rapido Physical Offer" as a service to be hidden, and this includes physical offers related to many different PODs.
In our consortium, it would be important to differentiate between physical requests with pickup at other libraries and personal delivery requests. Each of these options has their own dedicated POD.
So we would like to have more flexibility and to go a bit deeper, and eventually define if for example an offer coming from a specific POD (e.g. the "Home Delivery POD") should be hidden. -
