    The ability to add custom data scopes that include CDI data would really enhance user access to records. We would like to give our library users the ability to search only for particular resource types; in addition to articles, our users have been asking for a streaming video scope. The utility of the custom data scopes is really limited when they exclude all of the metadata available in the CDI.

    We went live with Primo VE in June 2021, and the lack of an A-Z browse on the Journal Search has been one of the most common complaints we've been hearing since then. The searching is pretty effective, in our testing, but users do seem to want an alphabetical browse option. It would be ideal to offer both the search and browse options, so users could choose the search option they prefer.
