Improve accuracy and currency of availability information for titles
We frequently get notification of orders being cancelled despite them showing as available for purchase. It seems that the availability information is not as up to date as it could be and the result is a lot of time wasted in manually cancelling POLs in Alma. Please provide more up to date information on the actual availability of titles.

Introduce a new sort option to lists: author name. This will allow us to view a list grouped by author.

Hide vendor notes from selectors
Remove the ability for selector roles to be able to add vendor notes, as this can delay orders and notes tend to be added by approvers.

Add vendor account information to the EDI file
Currently, EDI files for Rialto do not include the vendor account information, requiring us to manually enter this information for each invoice. This requires numerous extra clicks in order to close invoices. Per Alma's documentation, this information can be automatically populated using the RFF+API input field. We would like the EDI configuration updated to include this field.

Automatically remove titles that no long meet DDA Selection Plan criteria from Rialto DDA pool, Ebook Central/LibCentral and Alma repository
When a DDA title increases in cost so it exceeds the maximum cost we set for our DDA, it becomes untriggerable and inaccessible on the Ebook Central platform, but the title remains in our DDA pool in Rialto and our Alma holdings, so users can find the title in Primo but cannot access it. Removing these titles requires a cumbersome manual workflow. This enhancement would make it so titles that no longer meet our DDA selection plan criteria are removed from our DDA pool automatically in Rialto, Ebook Central/LibCentral, and in the Alma repository. This would ensure users don't discover inaccessible…

Alma suppressed titles - show as held by institution
We'd like the ability to customize so that suppressed titles do not show as "in our institution". Right now, if you exclude titles from your institution, you don't get new editions in our feeds. So is there a way that new editions can be differentiated?

Separate finalizing stage from Purchase Request form page with confirmation message and link to create new request
Currently, the finalizing stage is completed on the same page as the rest of the form. However, I believe it would be more effective if the message of finalization appeared on a different, separate page, where the patron doesn't see the request fields. This separation would provide a clearer distinction between the completion of the form and the finalization process.
Additionally, I recommend adding a link in the finalizing stage page, that allows the user to create a new Purchase Request.
I believe these enhancements would improve the user experience and make the process more transparent and user-friendly.

Have more control over the Shelving Library/Location drop down list
Currently the Shelving Library/Location drop down list cannot be changed and it appears to be in order of when a library was created in Alma.
We would prefer the order to be either:
-alphabetical order
-alphabetical order, with the logged in users home library at the top (as is the order when placing requests in Alma fulfillment).
This would make it easier for selectors to find the library they want to order for.We would also like the ability to exclude libraries from this list. Currently our eResources library displays.
16 votesWe will take a look at the out-of-order library list in Shelving Library/Location. This appears to be a defect--in the future you can report these to Support directly if you'd like.
Regarding hiding libraries, you can scope your user roles to the relevant ordering library/libraries and it will only show libraries and locations that that ordering library has "Acquire For" relationships with. Added detail to badges
We sometimes see the badge "in your institution" for an item in the marketplace, but when looking at the detailed holdings information, it's actually a different edition or format. It would be helpful to have an alternate badge in those cases: something like "in your institution- mismatched ISBN", "in your institution- alternate edition", or "in your institution- alternate format". This way, we could tell at a glance whether we owned the exact edition or format we're looking to purchase.

Trouble with one-time orders when invoice line total price is lower than the PO Line total price
For Rialto one-time orders, if the invoice line total price is lower than the PO Line total price, Alma does not update the order and invoice correctly. Alma does not release the remaining encumbrance, nor does it update the Invoice Status to Fully Invoiced and the POL status to Closed. You can run three Alma jobs to release the encumbrance and fix the statuses, but we believe 1) Alma should do this automatically instead of requiring customers to run jobs or 2) Ex Libris should offer the ability to release the encumbrance just like it does now with continuous orders.

Ability to configure purchase forms in Alma
Add the ability to configure the purchase forms used in the cart by selectors.
At the moment you can change what fields are viewed as default by your institution but they can be reselected by an individual user creating their own view.
For example we do not use item policy and we do not want all users being able to send notes to vendors from this form.

Option to share list with all Rialto users
Currently, individual users must be assigned to shared lists. This is a huge waste of time in large libraries where there are more than 30 users with specific Rialto roles. Ideally there would be an option to share lists with all rialto selectors, orderers, admin, etc. The option can even define groups based on user roles. This option should also work when a list should no longer be shared. Instead of clicking on a few dozen Xs, there should be the option to revert the list back to private.

Reporting code selection
After the March update, we are seeing a drop down with radio buttons for the reporting code field. You must select the reporting code and then click off of the drop down in order for the drop down to disappear. This is not efficient when working through the orders. Since this is new behavior implemented by the Rialto developers, we would like to have the ability to disable this feature and regress back to the original behavior which is being able to select recently used or selecting the code then having the drop down disappear after the selection.

Allow Super Selectors to duplicate order templates
The Super Selector role can create order templates. Super Selectors should also be able to duplicate order templates to save time in creating their own since order templates often share many of the same field entries.

Continuous, dynamic DDA deduping based on Alma holdings
Currently, if a book is in our DDA pool, and then we acquire it in another Alma collection, the book remains in our DDA pool (allowing us to trigger a book we already have) unless we follow a tedious manual process for identifying and removing such books from the DDA pool. This enhancement would make it so our Alma holdings "talk back" to LibCentral, so if we get a new book, and if that book is in our DDA pool, it is automatically removed from the DDA pool in Rialto, Ebook Central/LibCentral, and in the Alma repository. This would reduce the…

DDA pool - display more information about when titles were added and who added them
We would like to be able to see the date/time when titles were added to the DDA pool, and which operator added them. Currently it is only possible to filter by month. Date/time would make it easier to troubleshoot when the MARC records occasionally don't get imported by the Repository import in Alma PDA.

Notify customers when platform vendors reject a DDA title in Rialto
When a librarian adds titles to the DDA pool and they disappear because the platform vendor has removed them, librarians want to be notified. Librarians are losing track of what has been lost. They recently become aware of lost titles because of titles that were special requests. After these became known, and it was discovered that this list was growing, a concern for untracked titles developed. How many pushed DDA titles go missing? All selectors who push DDA titles need to be sent a regular monthly report by email of the titles that were removed.
