List Functionality Enhancements
enhance list functionality by allowing lists to be archived, by allowing users to change the default sorting on the list of lists to sort by title; allow sorting by title within a list so that Print and Electronic duplicate titles appear together; allow users to be notified when a list is shared with them (either via email or Alma popup)

It would be great if it is allowed to customize the settings so that users are able to sort “My Lists” alphabetically by default, for example, rather than the current default, which is sort by modification date.
The default sort for Rialto’s Lists is modification date. There appears to be no way to select another default sort. After creating a certain number of lists it becomes difficult to quickly pinpoint the list desired from all the others. Because of the system’s overall slow response times, it becomes taxing to have to manually sort my lists (29 currently for one selector) by Name (or in alphabetical order). Having the ability to default sort my lists by Name is not a small matter. I often jump between a Market search and My Lists, and between Funds and Ledgers and My Lists. The extra mouse click and wait times add up.

We don't have selectors, but do have several librarians that send us curated recommendations for purchase. Because of this, we use lists to share items recommended for purchase instead of carts. As our list of lists grows, it would be helpful to be able to organize lists into folders to keep them better organized. It would also be helpful to be notified of updates to shared lists. Updates any time an item was added would be cumbersome, so the optimal solution would be to add a "send list" button that would alert a chosen Rialto user that a shared list had been updated and the author would like the other person to look it over.
