    Hi,

    Rialto's user assignment is more light-weight than Alma's--when an order is assigned, anyone can reassign it to themselves. When they begin to edit it, Rialto will bring up a prompt confirming that the order will be reassigned. If, after the reassignment, they would like to release it (back into an unassigned state), they can do so.
