Enable the system to give you an alert if you suppress an item on a reading list
It would be good to know when you are suppressing an item that is on a reading list so you know either not to suppress it or replace it with another copy if one is lost or missing. Similar to when you withdraw or delete an item

Ability to configure citation processing rules to not generate purchase request
At the moment, the citation processing rules are configured in such a way to only enable the generation of purchase requests if the criteria of the rule are met.
It would be useful if it was possible to also create rules which could specify that a purchase request should not be generated if the criteria are met, and to be able to set the rules in order of priority. This should work in the same way as the fulfillment unit rules so that rules are worked through from top to bottom and only the first applicable rule is used; all…3 votes -
Automatic enrichment (update) of reading list citations
We are looking at using Rialto and ordering from Leganto looks to be a good option as Academics can place requests (Purchase requests) through the system. Ideally we would like the entry in Leganto to update the citation and status automatically once a bib is attached to the citation.

Hide locations from Resource Locate
Hide locations from Resource Locate
We would like an option to filter out specific locations for the resource locate functionality in Leganto.
For legal reasons we can't purge lost/discarded items, they have to remain in Alma where they are collected in locations that are suppressed from discovery so they don't show up in Primo. We also have several collections that are not accessible to people but (some of them) show up in Primo. Those are also items we wouldn't…

Save a selection of Citation menu option as the default view
When entering Citation view to process current course reserves, you must first always select from the List Assigned to menu "Assigned to me" and then apply various other filters to limit the view to what needs to be processed. It takes time to apply each filter each time the citations list is accessed; allowing some filters to be "sticky" or default according to processor preference would save time when processing citation requests.

Suppress tags from specified citation material types
We would like to be able to hide certain tags from specific material types, for example hide our 'Digitisation request' tag from citations which are already available electronically.

Retain citation status (Being Prepared / Complete) when copying or duplicating a list
When using the duplicate list or copy section functions, citations which have previously been marked as Complete will revert to Being Prepared. This creates unnecessary additional work for our staff who have to mark the citations as complete again.

Hide the thumbnail URL in the citation view
In Leganto if the thumbnail URL is populated the whole URL (which could be long, unwieldy, and of no interest to the user) is displayed.
Just use it to show the thumbnail, but don't show the URL itself.
