In CDI Non-OA items appearing with OA unlocked icon
We have results that are not open access leading users to paywalled articles, and since these are all 'link in record', it is/was nearly impossible to determine which collection is leading users astray.
Is a fix in the works? Right now the collection I suspect is European Union Publications, which has no Alma portfolios, shows as Type 'Selective package', and which shows the option to 'Remove CDI-only full text activation'. I have not yet clicked that.
I hope a fix is in the pipeline.

Make citation trail available in the pinned/saved records list and in full records accessed from the saved records list.
Currently when a user pins or saves an article that has a citation trail, the citation trail does not display in the saved/pinned titles list. When the user accesses the full record from their saved records list the citations trail does not display in the full record either. This is problematic for researchers etc. who may save a number of records without realizing they will lose access to the citation trail. Please make the citations trail available in the saved records list and in full records accessed from the saved records list.

Preference CDI Link Resolver records over Link in Record when merging
CDI now merges multiple results for the same article together, but when it does it preferences CDI records with 'Link in Record' rather than displaying the Link Resolver choices under Full Text Availability. The Link in Record articles often lead to indexing sites, not to the publisher where the full text is available. We need a config option where we can preference Subscription (Linkresolver) over Link in Record when merging records in Primo

Primo alerts - user defined frequency and digest options
Based on user suggestions, it would be helpful if, when users set themselves an alert for a saved search, they could choose the frequency with which these came through.
Some users might want them more/less than weekly.
Also, perhaps users could also choose to receive the alerts in a digest form: with the update for every search bundled into one email.

Sort by library in the Location facet when library name is configured to display
When the option to display the library name in the Location facet is configured, we would like the Location facet to be sorted alphabetically by library.
Currently, the facet list is sorted by location, which means that results for the same library are scattered among the list. For a user it would make more sense to have all the locations from the same library listed together.

Hi, is it possible to have a function of pushing materials to patron upon his/her search term in Primo？Like Taobao, facebook, they will recommend the goods or ads to users?

Expand timeout to include more features
Expand the features offered through "timeout" by including additional features such as clearing sticky facets and redirecting the timeout to load the Primo home screen.

Enhanced Hypertext Linking on locals fields to not be affected by pre-filters
We have added enhanced hypertext linking on fields. However, when users click on these links, pre-filters make only searches for the same specific local field possible. This means that's if local field 31 shows an older version of a journal. When a user clicks on it. It will only search for local field 31 within all other local field 31s. Rather than the title or other fields. It would be helpful if pre-filters weren't affected by enhanced hypertext linking.

Please provide an option to search items from sub-collections together
Please provide an option to search items from sub-collections together. Now users only can search the items in the current collection but usually the items in sub-collections are also relevant result for the search query. Some may think they can just go back to the basic search page and search again but the others would think it's uncomfortable because they are already familiar with Windows File search function.

time to reshelve
When "time to reshelve" hours are set in Alma, the reshelving status only displays in the "Get It" section of the full record display. It also needs to display in the brief record display. A patron who only sees the record in the list after a search won't know that the item isn't physically on the shelf unless they click on the full display and scroll down to Get It. Sub-collections: allowing a different description at the top level from a click further down
With sub-collections, we would like to be able to have a different description at the top level, than at a click further down.
For instance, on the collections page, a sub-collection description might simply read:
"Relating to agriculture and rural development"
, whereas, once the user has clicked into that sub-collection, they would see a different, and potentially more ample, description, such as:
"Material relating to all aspects of agriculture and rural development including material dealing with soil, irrigation, crops, farming material and village life."

Please add a parameter for IED on Primo Analytics. We want to check the number of action usages for a specific records, but there is no such parameter.

Adding fields to purchase form
Currently the purchase form in Primo has a limited number of fields. We want to see the class/course name and professor and campus name as fields so we can better plan collection development.

DEDUP/FRBR data in Primo VE analytics
DEDUP/FRBR data in Primo VE analytics isn't available. It is available in standard Primo.
This would be useful for identifying issues around records that aren't matching.
Apparently Primo PNX records and pipes subject area are not available for Primo VE customers as yet.

Browse tab results display: don't follow creator immediately by publication date
In the results display on Browse tab for LC call number searches, the creator (1XX) is (almost) immediately followed by the publication date. (There's a space between the two fields). In cases where the 1XX field ends with an open-ended date, it looks like the publication year is a death date.

Add display field Contributor to Fields boosting in Primo VE
Fields boosting in Primo VE has not an option for Fields boosting of display field Contributor. The default rule for Contributor is including 700, 710, 711. As an example, that means if you boost the creator field for a book with three authors the second and third author in field 700 will not get boosted, just the first author in 100.

Enable renewal of interlibrary loans via My Library Account
It is confusing to users that they can renew some items on loan to them via My Library Account, but not inter-library loans. We would like a configurable Renew option available for inter-library loans in My Library Account. If a user clicked this option, the request for renewal from the user would populate a tasklist in Alma for resource sharing staff to action. If staff proceed to request a renewal from the lending partner, the workflow should connect so that the response and the updated due date flows back through to My Library Account. Enable users to send an enquiry about an existing resource sharing request from My Library Account to a tasklist in Alma
Currently if users have an enquiry about their resource sharing request they have to contact us separately via email or phone. Since they can see their current requests in My Library Account, it would be great if they could click on an option e.g. 'Send an enquiry about this request' in My Library Account, enter in their query, and Submit. This would then populate a tasklist in Alma (similar to Notes functionality in Leganto/Alma) that resource sharing staff could action and reply to. This would bring this communication workflow into Alma.
