PCI Collection List in a .csv or similiar format
It would be great to have the PCI Collection List in .csv or similar format. It's time consuming to convert it to a format that is usable. It would be great to be able to easily deduplicate with the PCI Activations export and compare from version to version so we can easily see what collections have been added to the PCI without having to spend hours eyeballing or converting the document.

Would like FRBR member boosting to be cone at institution level so multi tenant can select default record type(e over print etc...)
Currently in a multi tenant environment some variables are only at the installation level and can't be changed. My example is the FRBR for print always shows, where we would prefer the electronic:
As total care can we do this making the Ebook or electronic version be the first on the brief display rather than the print?

Include "Browse Search" link on advanced search pages.
Right now the "browse search" link is offered on the basic simple search page, but not on the advanced search page. For libraries that primarily link to the advanced search page, that link is buried.

Preferred Primo Central record should be “Full text available”
“Full text available” records should be ranked higher when determining the preferred record in Primo Central FRBR groups. This is the preferable behavior since this facilitates access to full text of articles for users. Thanks!

Show availability of ER thanks to IP analysis
Primo could analyse the IP address of the PC accessing Primo in order to determine whether or not a electronic resource is available or not.
This would take into account the actual IP address and not the hypothetical one via campus management.
No idea if this is technically feasable.
It would diminish the frustration of patrons who click on electronic resources shown as available but the destination page wants 35 dollars to access the resource (because the patron is in the wrong IP range).1 vote -
Harvard referencing (key for UK market for Alma and Primo)
Harvard is the most widely used referencing system in the UK. yet Primo cannot do it. Please make Harvard available asap as we are being forced to change from Summon which has this capability.

Add 562 data from holding record to Primo GetIt tab
Additional Holdings Information can be displayed in Primo GetIt tab, but only some fields of holding record can be used : 867-868-541-561-563-852t.
We would like to have also 562 holding field, which permit us to give a Copy and Version Identification Note for an item. (Subfields $a $b $c would be fine.)1 vote -
User management - Admin User can make a default "Patron has institutional record" as "Yes" or "No"
There is no possibility for an Admin User to set up the external or internal user account to be a default value (in "Patron has institutional record" as "Yes" or "No"). As we mostly create user accounts for our organization, we would like to have "Yes" as a default value. The settings update is currently considered as enhancement.

Newspaper search featured collections autosearch should be optional
As currently implemented, clicking a Featured Newspaper collection link will "display all matching results for the selected category, From these results, users can then search within the selected category to narrow the search."
However, this can result in an enormous results set. As an example, we have a featured set that contains just two newspaper titles: the historic Los Angeles Times archive and the historic New York Times archive. Clicking the featured collection returns over 48 million results. There is nothing useful a patron can do with 48 million results.
Suggested alternative behavior: Upon clicking a Featured link, the search…

Don't pre-populate the email address in the Saved Search/Email records pop-up
Currently, in the new Primo UI, the email address is pre-populated in the Saved Search/Email records pop-up. We would like the email address field to be empty.
Thanks,
Ryan

Mask Patron ID
Currently, only the password is masked in the sign-in form in the new Primo UI and we'd like the Patron ID (username) to be masked in the sign-in form as well.
Thanks,
Ryan

Numerical order for Search by list
We would like the list search in Primo to show the results in numerical and not just alphabetical order.
For example, for call numbers the number 101 should appear before the number 1000.
Thank you and good day.

Allow customer configuration of the types of links in view online section
We have finding aids that are not using linktorsrc because they are properly cataloged. However, we would like the finding aid link to have the same prominence as ‘view online’. Of course we could change the norm rules to include finding aids as linktorsrc, but there may be other reasons customers want the ‘view online’ block to appear that include add link, linktofa or other link category. I think the most flexible solution is to make this block configurable in back office.

Export from SFX thru MARCIt and pipe up to Primo without the need to load SFX content into Catalog by Creating Normalization Rules
Instead of having to: load MARCIt-enhanced SFX e-records into our Library catalog every month, and then export them from our catalog up to Primo...
It would be more streamlined to have them: export from SFX > thru MARCIt (for extra indexing) > and then straight up to Primo where they'd be normalized and searchable.
This would reduce support time, and our catalog record load, while still having all our content indexed and searchable in Primo.

validate normalization rules during saving
It would be good if during saving a rule ore a rule set a validation is running to check if the NR is consistent ( such as the existance of all used tables)

add autocomplete function to search scope dropdown
we have a large number of search scopes which appear in a dropdown in the new ui search box. it's currently possible to type a single letter and jump to the relevant point in the list but it would be a better experience if an autocomplete function could be implemented instead - this would mean that the number of scopes in the dropdown would reduce the more characters are typed. we implemented a customised menu in the classic ui which worked in this way and it was very popular with users...
