"Give Us Feedback" tool / "Report a problem": separate e-mail addresses
We have been waiting for this enhancement for a long time:

Since full-text links in Primo are displayed in different places and come from different sources (Alma "View it" section, CDI - "Link in record", Primo Link section), the "Report a Broken Link" option is of course difficult to implement. The "Report a Broken Link" feature as it was available in SFX (an option directly at each full-text link) would of course be more intuitive for the users, but unfortunately it is not implementable that way in Primo.
The e-mail that is sent now contains "only" the link of the current Primo search or full display page and everything else (e.g. which link does not work) must be specified by the users in the "Description" field.
Since the Feedback tool is not displayed directly with the links, the tool can also be used for other feedback options, such as the predefined "Report a Search Issue" and two other options.
This is nice, but unfortunately the implementation here is not optimal.
Only one feedback e-mail address can be defined. But different problems are handled by different departments, e.g.:
Broken links --> e-resources department.
Search Problems --> Helpdesk team
etc.
It would be fine to be able to define separate e-mail addresses for each option. This should be easy to implement with the new mapping table "Report a Problem".

This is to update that in November we've added the option to set different email address per category.

It would be good, if we have a configuration page for all fields on the form (e.g. email address, message textfield) to make it mandatory.
Also, we are using SSO, it would be nice if the email address is pre-populated when a user is logged-in.
lastly, it would be useful as well if a student/staff can attached a screenshot file for an error message.

We already had a case in this regard, unfortunately without success - reply from Ex Libris - "I'm afraid that this option isn't available right now, but you can request it as an enhancement request. I'm sure it will be populated with other votes, as this feature aroused much interest since it was published (adding new fields, customization and more).
