Create link for patron to report issue with Primo Central Record
This idea comes from a ticket submitted by a professor last week regarding a journal article resource that was marked as "peer reviewed" in PCI incorrectly. She reported it to us and we reported it to ExLibris, but it would seem more efficient to include a link that could report the problem directly to ExLibris for PCI content. I imagine something similar to the "report an issue" link found in google books: https://www.screencast.com/t/BdLZo2tR6D

Also a bummer that I can't update the title to say CDI record now, instead of PCI. :-)

After thinking about this more, I don't think this should be marked as complete. Unless ExL created an email to handle and aggregate requests from all customers automatically. Having the ability to get reports locally is great, but for issues that are global to the CDI index, it would seem more efficient to have them fixed globally?

This idea is also related to this idea:

I like the idea of a reporting mechanism. I would rather the "where does the report go" portion be configurable (e.g. either it can go to EL, or we can designate another email address).

It seems wasteful to have to raise a SalesForce case every time we need a minor change made to a PCI record. There should be a separate mechanism for reporting these, which might also help ExLibris speed up their processes and fix their metadata in a more timely fashion.

There is already a similar feature in Leganto so that instructors can mark a link as broken. The reporting in that case is a note in the Reading List for the particular item. I am assuming if it exists in Leganto adding similar feature to Primo would not be out of the question?
I am not sure though about whether broken links should go directly to Ex Libris as there might be actions on our part to be taken first to fix them -- and I know we will fix them faster than Ex Libris if we can. So I could go either way on that part of this.

This would seem even more important as more and more different types of content is added to PCI.
