This idea would also allow us to display restricted password information for electronic resources to appropriate user groups while hiding it from the general public.

It seems wasteful to have to raise a SalesForce case every time we need a minor change made to a PCI record. There should be a separate mechanism for reporting these, which might also help ExLibris speed up their processes and fix their metadata in a more timely fashion.
