You can add a UR entry to the RefWorks Fields mapping table, but the problem is that there's no URL in the PNX record, which is used to source the exported data. It shouldn't be hard for ExLibris to develop a PNX field containing a Primo record link, though.

It seems wasteful to have to raise a SalesForce case every time we need a minor change made to a PCI record. There should be a separate mechanism for reporting these, which might also help ExLibris speed up their processes and fix their metadata in a more timely fashion.

Yoel, the idea is referring to the Data_Type and Section_Type attributes as specified in the COUNTER R5 standard:
https://www.projectcounter.org/code-of-practice-five-sections/3-0-technical-specifications/#commonattributes
Data_Type allows you to take the usage data included in a TR master report, and break it down by the kind of resource represented (e.g. Book, Journal, Report, Thesis_or_Dissertation, Newspaper_or_Newsletter, Other).
Section_Type similarly allows you to break down usage reported by chapters, articles, full books, or other kinds of sections.
