    Agree a very useful confirmation point and opportunity to lay out service terms/updates and ensure service expectations can be met/requests updated etc.

    Suppose the XSL would need to cover multiple request scenarios in terms of notification data available to it for user/request type if a holding is not known or it is and request immediately active.

    Hi,
    We would also strongly welcome an update on what work Ex Libris have or are planning on doing with Version 1.0 of the ONIX Publications License
    format (ONIX-PL) field mappings to Alma licence field as nothing seems to have happened for quite some time - after the import feature was added in Oct 2014 as described:

    Has this one been addressed indirectly from the August 2018 release? 'existing Library tag type was renamed Instructor-Library. A new tag type, Library-Internal, was added and is visible only by librarians (in Alma and Leganto)'.

    Agree would be useful as supports the UK British Library claiming infrastructure

    Discussed with Ex Libris in a recent visit.

    As with current Resource Sharing letters workaround can use other Resource Information fields in meantime or supplement information in a general message.

    Do you mean the Loan Audit Trail? It is possible to see renewals in the loan history for returned items from the Manage Patron Services/Returns - tab (selecting 'Returns display' all).
    Is this a historic loans archiving/anonymisation issue?

    This is something which has been requested in the past, and would certainly benefit staff in several request screens: Pick from Shelf, Active Hold Shelf, Expired Hold Shelf etc.
    As workarounds, we have exported lists (Tools/Excel) to work from, or used the Requests option from the persistent search box/ the Resource Request Monitoring page to find something, or even Analytics reporting, but in-line searching would be a great improvement.
