I don't have any vote left so leave a comment. Availability indication should be real-time because is is the first thing most users check.

As part of the transition to new UI concepts in Alma, search results in Alma will include list actions. Once the search results for files will be implemented, it will include a download action of all / selected files.

Thank you for this idea. With the move to CDI coming in 2020 the current interface for Primo Central activation will become obsolete, Activation for CDI will be handled from Alma and SFX in a single activation process and simplified flow

I'm adding an example for this idea. Please develop better methods.
(As Is)
1) Create a Set of:
Title a in A Collection
Title b in A Collection
Title c in A Collection
2) Run Add Titles to Collection job: to B Collection
(Check or uncheck Unassign from existing collection(s))
3) The result:
Title a in B Collection
Title b in B Collection
Title c in B Collection
(To be - just an example)
1) Create a Set of:
Title a in A Collection
Title b in B Collection
Title c in C Collection
2) Run a job which allows the user set the ‘As Is – To be’ Collection pair for the each of titles. (I don't have any good idea on how to set it... maybe uploading an excel file?)
Title a in A Collection to D Collection
Title b in B Collection to E Collection
Title c in C Collection to F Collection
(Check or uncheck Unassign from existing collection(s))
3) The result:
Title a in D Collection
Title b in E Collection
Title c in F Collection
