    This is an essential function - we should be able to use display logic and hide ILL requests for articles when we have access regardless of how that access is managed in Alma. If the FT access is managed in an NZ collection and we have no other IZ online holdings, currently we can't hide the ILL request option. This is a serious shortcoming discouraging libraries to rely more heavily on the NZ.

  6. User Purge should be made AFN aware and not allow the deletion of a user with active transactions or fines/fees at another AFN inst.
