1. Confirmation message now appears to provide link/hint to open in new tab to get to favourites - thank you.
2. There is now a single link in LTI view to open in new tab - goes to lists, but not one for favourites.Users still have to open in a new tab. What do folks think - should favourites be more accessible via LTI???
Also noted - I can no longer see the "logout" menu option in LTI which is good.
There has been some progress with this so I am open to seeing what others think whether more is needed here.

Noted: there is now a link in top right menu to open in new tab when viewing in LTI. Still not obvious to anyone they need to do that so they can suggest from favourites.

September 2024: when an item is saved to favorites a confirmation message now includes a link to favorites. Helps educators and students at the point they are saving a favorite. Case logged because it disappears in <2 seconds. It still does not expose favorites to them obviously.

We would still like to see this for the remainder of our representations, however the challenges of withdrawing reps was one of the reasons convincing us to use the Leganto repository for course readings instead of Alma D. We moved all course reading digitisations to Leganto repository in 2023.

It is now possible to export to Excel and get the course IDs and to display the course IDs in the table view.
Maybe when the new UX comes to courses we will be able to save as a set and send to a job as demonstrated in the new titles search recently (2.) I'm guessing 3 is probably not going to happen.

Some of these are included in "Streamlined set creation" in the roadmap for 2024 H1 - https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/Leganto/Product_Materials/Product_Roadmap/Leganto_2024_-_25_Roadmap_Highlights/Library_Efficiency

And if you don't use rollovers, but still need to deal with expired users in courses then there is this new idea -- https://ideas.exlibrisgroup.com/forums/395697-leganto/suggestions/48457352-bulk-job-options-to-remove-expired-alma-user-accou

This appears to be working for me now. If it has been resolved could this idea be set to complete?

No votes left, but an interesting idea. We are also wondering about mechanisms for program level view of list resources.

Yes please. Our use case - we have rolled over citations with physical items and an uploaded chapter file. Because they are physical they automatically go to complete despite the fact that a file has been uploaded for an individual chapter.
Perhaps the order of applying the statuses could be configurable. File upload trumps all!
Yes, a use case has popped up for us too. Please add this field to the job.
