    Additional note from the institution submitting this: We tested this between a Rapido school and non-Rapido, so impacts Rapido as well as non-Rapido customers.

    We've been reviewing this Idea and we want to make sure we understand clearly the request. Could you please confirm that what you would like here is to have the Parser parameters on the Group level settings under Collection (like we have already under Portfolio and Services levels)?
