Remember Configure DDA settings
If possible, it would be good if a default settings could be remembered for the 'Configure DDA' (i.e. remember ordering library and fund code), so you don't have to keep configuring it if adding titles using the same library/fund.

Field tag: "Part of Series" - change to - "SERIES:"
Title Details --> Details --> RE-WORD: "Part of a series" to SERIES: we scan title info and check for series info and the series does not stand out as prominently as it could.

Recommendation profile rule - citation match?
When creating recommendation profiles, it would be useful if a rule could be added regarding citation matches, in order to reduce number of results to only those that relate to Leganto/alma citations. (i.e. in order to look for new editions for reading list material - new editions for held titles gives a large amount of results - if we could add an additional rule, that reduced results to those matching with matching titles to alma citations, this would be helpful).

Have CHAT open in a separate Web Page
Have CHAT open in separate web Page, so all Alma options and screens are available when you are chatting and have to jump back and forth to get info needed by the tech you are chatting with. This should be across all ALMA functions.

Have the amount listed as "freight" on PDF invoices map to "shipping" by default instead of "overhead." This would be clearer for Analytics.

Edition info in holdings
Would be useful if the institution holdings information when searching marketplace displayed edition info (i.e. 2nd ed, 3rd ed...) - currently shows just date and ISBN. Might be easier to establish current stock at a quick glance.

"Originating system" field in import profiles
Before using Rialto, when a bibliographic record was created by a purchase request, the "Originating system" field in the bibliographic record was our institution code. However, since we use Rialto, when a bibliographic record is created by a purchase request, the value of the field "Originating system" is "Other".
It would be useful that in the import profile for Rialto orders, the value of the "Originating system" field could also be the institution code. So, you could use the institution code to manage bibliographic records created in your institution (before and after Rialto).

Add filters to Orders Awaiting Approval to allow sorting by stock status such as not yet published.
I generally don't want to order NYP titles until I know they'll be published - especially towards the end of a fiscal year. Currently there's no good way to filter out these titles. Alternatively, allow Orders Awaiting Approval to be sent to a list.

Fix citations reverting to older editions when added from the 'Rialto search scope' in Leganto
The current problem occurs when we use the Rialto search scope in Leganto to find a new edition of a book, and we already hold previous edition(s) of the same title. When we add the title to the reading list, it associates to the ISBN of previous editions and the citation reverts to an older held version. This is the opposite of what we want it to do, we want it to be used to highlight where a new edition is available so we can begin a purchase of this new content - which would be in ProQuest's interests too!

List Functionality Enhancements
enhance list functionality by allowing lists to be archived, by allowing users to change the default sorting on the list of lists to sort by title; allow sorting by title within a list so that Print and Electronic duplicate titles appear together; allow users to be notified when a list is shared with them (either via email or Alma popup)

Additional CDI Information at point of order
Please create an indicator / icon on what level the item is indexed within CDI when ordering. it would be useful to know if a provider is adding their chapter-level metadata to the CDI index and which ones are not. This would drive which platform we would purchase from.

Trouble with one-time orders when invoice line total price is lower than the PO Line total price
For Rialto one-time orders, if the invoice line total price is lower than the PO Line total price, Alma does not update the order and invoice correctly. Alma does not release the remaining encumbrance, nor does it update the Invoice Status to Fully Invoiced and the POL status to Closed. You can run three Alma jobs to release the encumbrance and fix the statuses, but we believe 1) Alma should do this automatically instead of requiring customers to run jobs or 2) Ex Libris should offer the ability to release the encumbrance just like it does now with continuous orders.

Unassign Order in "Orders Awaiting Approval" when the whom the title is assigned is unavailable.
As a manager, I would like to be able to "unassign" orders that are assigned to staff. If there is a question with an order which stops the processing of it, and the staff person becomes unavailable, no one else can "Approve" the order. Currently it appears that only person who the title is assigned can unassign the order, is the person whom it is assigned.

adding interested users & location notes when adding to lists
When compiling patron-recommended books in a list for future ordering, we need to be able to add the patrons as interested users, as well as noting specific locations for some books. Currently we can add notes, but in order to do so, we have to put items in a list, then view the list, find the items, and add notes. The enhancement would streamline the process.

Duplicate a Selection Plan
We'd like to be able to duplicate existing selection plans. See the image for more information. We're finding it helpful to duplicate them for experimentation. Thanks!

Add a Rialto badge for Large Print books
There currently is no badge for large print books. It's difficult to discern if a title is in fact a large print edition and a badge would easily identify them to selectors.

Option to share list with all Rialto users
Currently, individual users must be assigned to shared lists. This is a huge waste of time in large libraries where there are more than 30 users with specific Rialto roles. Ideally there would be an option to share lists with all rialto selectors, orderers, admin, etc. The option can even define groups based on user roles. This option should also work when a list should no longer be shared. Instead of clicking on a few dozen Xs, there should be the option to revert the list back to private.

Add fields to Market Search export
Current behavior: When you export a list of titles from a Market Search, the spreadsheet includes only three fields: title, author, and language.
Desired behavior: When you export a list of titles from a Market Search, the spreadsheet fields should include: title, author, publication year, publisher, binding, material, ISBN13, classification, license, and price.
This would match the behavior of exporting to Excel from 'My Lists' or 'My Feeds.'
