Add option to filter out Global title index results without any offer

Search by multiple fields at once on Rapido request list
We should be able to search by multiple fields at once on a given Rapido request list -- e.g., by title and by requester on the Borrowing Requests list.

Borrowing mediation rule to consider Item Policy/TOUs
Rapido currently considers a title available for request if it is part of a configured participating set.
When a borrowing mediation rule is configured with parameter ownership + availability, borrowing requests are intercepted if the IZ owns the title and that its related item is available. The problem is that requests are intercepted even when items do not have a loanable policy in the IZ in question (e.g. on-site use only). Indeed, the availability parameter of the rule considers "item in place", and not the presence of an item in any of the Rapido participating sets.

Add more fields to the right pane quick edit 'Request form (as filled by requester)' in Rapido
In Rapido, the 'Request form (as filled by requester)' section on the right pane has some great features. It allows staff to quickly access and edit some of the request form fields. However, certain crucial fields are missing from this section, limiting its effectiveness.
Current benefits:
1. Hovering over a field shows a tooltip containing its complete contents. This means staff don't have to open the request to edit, navigate to the field and use the across arrow on the text field to slowly read its full contents. Sometimes important information is missed if this step isn’t taken.

Change the partner library after a request is received or completed
Sometimes the wrong partner library is active in a request and this is not caught before it is updated as received or completed. We would like to be able to correct these requests.

Ability to change barcode scanned items in a lending request.
We would like the ability to change the scanned item if the wrong item that is scanned in to fulfill the request is allocated to the wrong request.

Add item title to ship item physically screen
When shipping an item physically from the lending request, the only identifier on the shipping item screen is the External ID. Please add the request title to this screen so the staff member processing the request can do a final check that the book they're about to ship/scan is the correct one for the request. See screenshot.

The button "Read RFID" should also be available in "Shipping Items" (Fulfillment --> Resource Sharing: Shipping Items) to scan in items.

Enable back-and-forth of requests between Resource Sharing and Purchase Request
Request Description: Often we’ll send requests that are difficult to get via resource sharing to acquisitions by creating a purchase request from Rapido. However, in doing so create a separate request and never find out whether the patron actually got their item. This means that if a patron comes with us with questions, we can’t answer them. (Is acquisitions working on it? Did they cancel it? Who knows!) It also means that if acquisitions can’t purchase the item for some reason, they have no way to send the request back to us so we can try again with those more…

Allow other roles to configure the Resource Sharing Library "Temporary Inactive for borrowing/lending" settings
Currently, only users with the "general systems administrator" role can configure the resource sharing library "temporary inactive for lending" and "temporary inactive for borrowing" settings.
It would be helpful if this privilege could be added to another role so that members of our resource sharing team can manage this without having full system administrator privileges. This would allow them to easily manage these settings to meet the department needs.

Create Purchase Requests from Rejected Borrowing Requests
When creating a purchase request from a borrowing request that was rejected by the last partner on the rota, staff don't see the pop-up window where they can choose to keep the borrowing request active alongside the purchase request or cancel the borrowing request. Instead, staff are taken directly to the purchase request form with their name added as the requester and the borrowing request remains active. We would prefer to choose whether to cancel the borrowing request or keep the borrowing request active alongside the purchase request. Change a request from digital to physical and vice versa once received
Sometimes a lender supplies an entire book as an ebook instead of a print book or sends the physical book when we requested a chapter and it’s not always caught before we receive it. We would like a way to change a received request from digital to physical and vice versa.

Add additional fields to Rapido request form for physical requests
When patrons request odd editions of items, we’re left wondering whether that’s what they meant. Do they really want the British edition for some reason, or is that just what they found first? Do they really want the German language edition of this graphic novel? We would love the ability to add fields for “this edition only” and “this language only” added to the Rapido request forms for physical requests. Record all request metadata changes in History tab
When we change a field in a request, that change should always be tracked in the History tab. For example, we occasionally have to change one of the standard identifiers (OCLC, ISBN, ISSN) in a request in order to match it to potential lenders. Saving that information in the History tab would allow us to check a) what the original requestor provided and b) what we’ve already tried using.

Add "Reported" Filter to the Borrowing Side of Rapido
We use the Reported filter in Lending lets us filter between items that have been printed (Reported=Yes) and requests that have not been printed (Reported=No). We use this to make sets to print pull slips in Lending without accidently reprinting anything.
We would like this in Borrowing to help us with our return label Sets. We could then have one Set for items that have been returned and need a shipping label printed. Allow patron to delete pdf from Primo after downloading. This helps patrons manage very large lists of received pdfs. Some of our patrons are used to being able to delete received pdfs after downloading them locally, since this functionality was available in Illiad.

Bulk upload of resource sharing partners
Occasionally, we need to add a large number of libraries as resource sharing partners in Alma – for instance, when we partner with consortia. In order to make this work more efficient, we would like to be able to add resource sharing partners by uploading a spreadsheet that includes the needed partner metadata. This would keep us from needing to add partners one by one in the Alma interface.

Convert to Resource Sharing should not be an option on the pick from shelf, when the item is a lending request from another school.
As we understand it, "Ship Digitally" requests should be Cancelled and "Patron digitization requests" should be Converted. However, requests in the pick from shelf lists don't show this distinction and both "Cancel" and "Convert" are options in the row action. To minimize confusion, we would prefer to gray out or hide the "Convert" option for a Ship Digitally? request.

Add geographical location of libraries to Analytics Reports
We are talking more and more about international lending, but it’s not possible to create an Alma Analytics report using partners’ geographic locations. (RapidILL, for example, includes the partner library’s state in their statistical reports). It would be useful to know how much material is supplied by international partners, and how much we lend internationally.

Stacking requests functionality for scanning items
We will occasionally receive multiple digitization requests from the same item from the same school or from different schools. The issue is that Alma only writes one request to the pick from shelf at a time. This would work for physical requests, but for digital scan requests, its not the most efficient workflow.
For example we receive two requests, one for chapter 2 and one for chapter 3 - whether they go to the same or different schools is not relevant.
The current workflow is:
a. request writes to pick from shelf
b. staff retrieves item from the shelf
