Add additional Rapido indicator option of ‘Yes – manually assigned’
It is not easy to report on borrowing requests supplied by Rapido partners. We initially thought that Rapido indicator could be used but Ex Libris clarified that Rapido indicator = yes means that a request has been sent automatically to a Rapido partner. If a Rapido partner has been added manually, the Rapido indicator changes to no (the borrowing requests Analytics knowledge centre page has since been updated to clarify this).
Although it is useful to know how many requests were sent automatically i.e. without staff intervention, we want to report accurately on requests supplied by Rapido libraries to justify…

Create Analytics report based on Patron Query template
We would like to run analytics based on patron query emails to see how many times we’re sending certain messages to our patron, such as that their request exceeds copyright or that we already own the item they are requesting. Having access to this information could improve our services in the future, as it could show places where we need to focus efforts on patron education or where we need to change something about how we do things.

Add geographical location of libraries to Analytics Reports
We are talking more and more about international lending, but it’s not possible to create an Alma Analytics report using partners’ geographic locations. (RapidILL, for example, includes the partner library’s state in their statistical reports). It would be useful to know how much material is supplied by international partners, and how much we lend internationally.
