Avility to customize titles name in 360 KB.
I want to customize titles name as like as "custom DB name" in 360 KB.
Because when authority title is incorrect, we can't search by correct title on EJP till Title Metadata fixed.
And another reason is that sometimes there are a lot of same named titles in KB.40 votes

Add free book cover images from OpenBD to Summon.
"OpenDB" is a book cover image database that mainly contains those of Japanese books.
Everyone can use them for free regardless of the user type(individual, company and so on).
EDS seems to have already integrated it. Please consider integrating it to summon.More details(in Japanese) are here.

Add the ability to reflect access frequency to relevancy ranking
A mechanism that automatically takes records from databases with high access frequency to the top of the search results preferentially.

Include the journal impact factor in the results display
To help our students judge the quality of the results it would be good if the journal's impact factor could be displayed in the results. Or even better, provided as a sorting or limiting option so that students could view results in those journals with the highest impact factor, in the same way they can limit by peer review. Although impact factors are not a perfect tool, it would help get the message across that not all journals are equal. This feature would probably need to be restricted to those libraries with a subscription to JCR.

Expanding the Credo content connected to records used by Summon Topic Explorer.
Credo has content that should be showing up in the Topic Explorer box, but it's not because that content isn't connected to the records Summon searches for Topic Explorer content.

Add the ability to accept online payments, for example fines, via WPM on Summon over Alma
Currently there is no option to accept online payments with instances of Summon over Alma (unlike Primo over Alma). This ability would enable us to improve our self service functionality.

Make combination of "Fulltext Online" and facet "Library Location" results possible
Many of our patrons are interested in setting the filters to results available in the specific library location they are actually working in. They miss a functionality to combine fulltext results with the specific library holdings.

Add a French Dictionary/Encyclopedia (3rd search results pane)
As a francophone (French-speaking) library, we would like to be able to add an authoritative dictionary/encylopedia whose topics can be displayed in the 3rd search results pane. Much like Wikipedia and other encyclopedias.....
Suggestions - Universalis.fr, Larousse.fr, etc.

Prioritise published articles over repository content
Where there is a published version of an article in a journal and the same article in our open access repository, we would like Summon to put the published version first in the search results.
This request has come from our academics who are concerned that people are choosing the top result (the pre-publication version in our repository) and missing the published version. This is particularly a problem when the repository version is only available on request or has limited access.

Add union catalog as limiter/filter
Summon does a great job searching our local catalog. I'd like to be able to add our statewide union catalog (OhioLINK) as a second, separate catalog and allow users to click a filter to "add in" results from that catalog if they don't find the book they're looking for in their initial search. Right now we have to have users link out to OhioLINK and do a separate search - I'd like to keep them in Summon for union catalog searching.

Customising LibGuides integration so they only appear in the right-hand column and not in the results
We are just looking into integrating our LibGuides with Summon, but we would like to just have the librarian and guide link appearing in the right-hand panel and not at the top of the search results. It doesn't appear to be possible to have one without the other at present. Although we would like to promote our guides, we don't want to distract the students from their results by making them the top result. Please vote if you would find this useful too!

Primo Style Search Profile
We would love to see a feature similar to the Primmo Search Profile (https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/Primo/Product_Documentation/Primo_VE/010Configuring_Search_Profiles) included in Summon. As a Summon over Alma customer, we would love to more easily be able to link out to WorldCat, highlight our Course Reserves, and more.

Higher relevance for local language and English
At Swedish universities, both English and Swedish is used, but not really other language (unless, of course, you study that language). I guess this situation is quite common in several countries - items in English + in the local language are welcome, but items in other languages should be ranked lower.
Example: If we search for "Manuel Castells", our books in Swedish by this author are ranked much lower than, for instance, articles in Spanish about the author.1 vote -

Utilizing Talis Aspire Item linking API
Talis Aspire Reading lists have an 'item linking API' which can be used to improve Summon search features. This linking API can provide information whether search results items are part of the Reading lists. It will hugely benefit Talis Aspire customers if this integration can be achieved. Thank you.

Retrieve similar documents using the native 'MoreLikeThis' Lucene feature
Lucene's 'MoreLikeThis' feature retrieves similar documents based on a seed, which can be either a piece of text, or an already retrieved document (syntax-free search).

bX Recommender statistics
We would like to be able to see analytics for the bX recommender tool to evaluate usage and return on investment (given that the is an additional fee on top the the Summon subscription).
At minimum, we would want to know how many times the "Related articles" link was clicked on, but ideally also, how many times an article in the right-hand panel was subsequently clicked on.

Define content types non-exclusively
Define content types non-exclusively, i.e., allow multiple content type definitions to apply to a single resource -- for example, the same resource might be both a "catalog" and a "book." Defining it as a "catalog" should not mean it is excluded in a search limited to "books."

Add ability to share via SMS items in "Saved Items" folders
Please add the ability to share via SMS items saved to "Saved Items" folders, (either temporary or permanent folders). Right now it seems we are limited to using Print and Email. SMS would be helpful for quick transactions, and finding items in the physical collection.
See this support page and the attached mockup image for more detail.
