Support html in GES public notes in How to Get it section
We are considering moving a couple of our general electronic services from the "Links" section to the "How to Get it" section. However HTML tags in the public note are not recognised when we change it from Links to How to Get It.
See cases: 00987379 & 00987406
I would have expected that public notes should always support HTML tags as they are exposed publicly via Primo.

@Manu_Schwendener - it looks like there is some progress with <strong> tags at least. However when I move one of our links which has an <img> into the ViewIt section that does not work. Similarly with How to
Get it.
So it looks like some tags are supported, but not all the ones that work in the Links section. -

Peta, is this possible now? February 2024 release.

Many thanks to Peta for posting this idea. We really do need this!

I strongly support if the Idea applies to all public notes in the How to Get it section (not only for GES). Unluckily I only have 2 votes left, otherwise I would have given 3.
We are still on Primo Classic but are preparing to switch to Primo VE. We currently use html in public notes for several use cases; it's a big issue for us that the html is not interpreted in Primo VE. See also case 00957376 -

There are also implications for how they display in Leganto - Screenshot https://www.screencast.com/t/zFm2wzSL8hr
