Hide DUE TIME in Primo
It should be possible to hide DUE TIME in Primo, both in My Library Card and the item list. Many libraries do not offer loans by the hour and opening hours in Alma are not the same as the opening hours of the physical library. Therefore displaying the due time in Primo is often just noise.

Hi,
I can't see any references to this functionality in the Primo Release Notes for August 2023. Has this idea been postponed?

Could you please tell us what "long-term" means? Your update was from a year ago.

Any updates since July 2020? ...
This would really make the display less cluttered.

Due to the corona pandemic we often need to adjust libraries open hours, e.g. for sudden shortage of library staff in a library or other restrictions. All our loans become due at the closing time of a library in the Alma calender. When we shorten the closing time in the Alma calender a job takes care of that and sets the active loans due to the next open day. However, if we return to longer opening hours the job does not change the due time of active loans that had been loaned before the longer opening hour becomes effective. This leads to very confusing displays in patrons' primo loan display, where several loans at the same library maybe displayed with different due times. Thus it is urgent that we get the option to not display the due time at all. We cannot wait for Primo-VE to solve this problem.

We'd like the option to hide the DUE TIME in My Library Card, Primo VE.
In our library, we allow users to return borrowed item at any library. Users can return items that are due today until the library where they are returning items closes.
Each library has different closing time with many exceptions, so we set the closing time to 23:59 for all libraries. Therefore, due time is always displayed as 23:59 regardless of the real library closing time and it is confusing to users.
