    This would have to be included as an optional field, otherwise it'd be an issue for countries with GDPR - if personal data is included in an e-mail it can't be (automatically) purged anymore.

    Hi Lorna, did you try using "Multi Choice" as selection type for the Leganto Question? This way people can add 'key' and 'essential' as tags.

    These records are also an issue with Leganto. According to the library's configuration related titles can be added automatically to a citation - without the library ever getting any alert on it.
    So we probably miss out on usage statistic because we a) don't know that related records are in use, and b) have no way to report on them.
