Yes, we share Alma with another library but have separate Primo views. Without the ability to add view specific labels in all tables we end up altering the other library's Primo, sometimes accidentally overwriting customizations they've configured for their view.

Can this apply to overdue fines as well? Or offer the option for what fines are automatically waived upon return of an item.

Our institution emphasizes in person classes and onsite resources, we we'd like to have the locations (get it) moved higher than the online sources (view it).
Also, our institution shares Alma with another institution, and View It shows ebook versions that the other institution has that we don't. Until we figure out how to hide these, we'd like to move the view it down so its placement communicates to patrons that these are other resources that they could access onsite at our partner library.
As is, Primo shows our partner library's electronic copy (which our patrons cannot access) before our patron sees our physical copy.
