Agreed. It would be a very valuable feature to have the ability to set up scheduled reports as 'alerts' that send emails only when records are present. Especially in larger institutions, there are often groups of staff that engage with Alma only when a specific need arises in their specialist role. It would be very beneficial to be able to alert them by email to things for review or action based on Analytics reports.
(It would also be beneficial to have the option for the report to appear in the body of the email, rather than a PDF attachment - but that may be for another idea!)

Agreed. This new feature is promising but is not currently feasible in our environment which uses a SIS integration to automatically update and expire Alma users when their enrolment or employment circumstances change. We need more flexibility in how Alma determines the adjusted loan due date for early-expired users, similar to how we can configure a recall, so that we don't essentially cancel their loans and start fining them with virtually no notice.
