We use the Leganto list reminder letter in advance of each main teaching period to contact Unit Coordinators and ask them to submit their reading lists. We also report on the number of reading lists submitted compared to the number we communicated with. To do this, we manually keep a record of which courses we sent the list reminder letter for and match that to an analytics report. We would like the list reminder letter to be added to Analytics so that we can pull it as a field with other Course Reserves data. For example 'list reminder letter sent' as the field with the output the date/dates sent.
