    We would like to be able to override and reset the maximum renewal date when renewing loans that has gone over the initial maximum renewal period.

    As it is now, we have to return and reloan the material to the patron, a manual prosess that takes time and opens up for errors.

    We second this also! As a library that offers deliveries for our patrons around the country, we often have trouble with errors in addresses.

    Having all addresses (and other contact information) viewable and editable in Primo My Account, would make such a difference to the users understanding of delivery options. If they order a book for home delivery, and their work address is preferred (and the only visible in Primo), they have no possibility to check if the home address is actually correct.

    We need the possiblities to override existing due dates, even for items that are recalled. At this moment, our library is closed for all users for a unknow period, and we need to be able to bulk change existing loans even when there is a active request for the title.
