Include native app version in analytics platform
Using the analytics system we can see things like the proportion of students using different device operating systems, but we cannot see the proportion of students using different versions of the native app. It would be very useful to see how many students were picking up the latest version vs those on older versions, and ultimately to be able to pick out the students who would benefit from updating for instance if they are experiencing a problem with the application.

Attendance - vary check-in window by role
Some activities for some students require attendance for the whole session (e.g. labs for medical students, where they're marked absent and have to reschedule if they're more than 15 minutes late) but for others that's not an issue - some schools encourage students arriving late to concentrate on the class asap and only check-in at the end.
Being able to set different check-in windows for different groups of students would allow us to meet both use cases.3 votes -
Bus tracking
The bus tracking integration looks like it could really benefit our users but just being limited to one provider is limiting. If the module could be opened up to a RESTFul API - this would mean we could then use the module but with different providers.

Back button from links within Alerts
When a user is in an Alert item and opens a link from within an alert, when they click the 'back' button, it goes back to the main CampusM home screen. It would make more sense if the back button took the user back to the Alert from where they had clicked the link, or at least back to the alerts page in general rather than all the way back to the home screen. It would be a better user journey.

Android notification icons
The current app notifications on android are not ideal. They are either a blank square or a square in a circle. It would be great if we were able to edit what icon the app uses when displaying notifications.

For 'advance role notification' add 'OR' as an operator, not just 'AND' / 'NOT'
Would allow you to send to multiple groups - rather than exclusions or a profile that only meets both requirements

More customizations for Notification/Alert tile
Please give us more customization options for the Notification/Alert tile. Right now, our only option is changing the color of the oscillating badge.
It would be nice if we could change the color of the entire tile, instead of just the badge, when a new alert came in.

Home Page Banners - Configurable Limit
It would be very useful if there were App Manager configuration available for Home Page Banners, to allow us to set a limit for the amount of banners that can be added overall or assigned to a role (or combination of roles) at any one time.
This would help support appropriate usage of the feature (that is not always achieved on a 'trust' basis with admin users), ensuring that not too many banners were on show at the same time (that could overwhelm students) and maintaining the visibility of those active in the time the user remains on the Home…

My Profile - enable each Link to be assigned to an App Role
In My Profile please could you enable each Link to be assigned to one or more App Roles to enable us to provide Profile Links for Students / Types of Students or Staff.
At the moment we have student Profile links being seen by staff and some Profile links for UK campus students being seen by our overseas campuses.

MyAdvisor - Add Additional Fields
I am conscious of the two fields that can be populated (i.e. the 'name' and 'email' fields via RESTful API Vendor). However, is it in some way possible to incorporate an additional field? We would like to provide students the ability to click through to a bookings link for their tutor. CampusM provides this functionality in the Task Board Product Integration (see image attached) where you can specify additional fields and whether or not they are a link - replicating this functionality would be ideal if possible!

Timetable Integration - Profile-Based (Language based) in mobile app
Description:
We currently use the Timetable - Class Schedule integration in both English and Latvian, which is designed to control calendar display based on user roles. However, this approach poses a challenge for students who are assigned roles in both languages—resulting in both calendars appearing simultaneously.Proposed Enhancement:
We kindly request the addition of a configurable parameter to the integration that would allow the calendar to display according to the selected profile language rather than relying solely on user roles. This parameter would filter and display only the calendar that matches the user's chosen language, providing a cleaner and more…3 votes -
Events PI ability to show events by roles
We have a use case where students would like to see events aligned with their roles.
We are aware that we can create a separate Events PI tile that is only visible to the relevant roles, however we require the ability to show events dynamically based on the individuals role.

Enhance counter to track interactions for anonymous users
Right now, for profiles with anonymous authentication (i.e., users who aren’t logged in), the system doesn’t update the counter when they see an alert because it can’t track who they are. This means even though anonymous users view the alert, the counter doesn’t reflect that.
We’re specifically looking to address this for our Experience Day profile, which doesn’t require any login. It would be really helpful if the counter could still register when an anonymous user sees the alert. We need this for tracking engagement during Experience Days, where users won’t necessarily be logged in.
While we understand the need…

Show Loc map marker a different color
Make "show loc" marker on campus map a different color than all other markers on the map to make it more obvious. It is hard to notice as it is.

Closer integration between Maps and DisabledGo data
Currently we have a maps/locations tile and a DisabledGo tile. I see the DisabledGo information as an extension to the locations as much of the 'initial content is the same (Categories and location names).
It would be beneficial to use the standard maps functionality and see the access information (from DisabledGo) embedded at the point of clicking on a particular location.
Currently a workaround is to use Position Actions to link to DisabledGo information in the app, but I would rather the user stayed within the same section of the app to see this information quickly.

Ability to change UTC to local time - feature request
Would like to campusM to show local time instead of UTC.
We'd also like the ability to change this ourselves as we switch between AEST and daylight savings time.

So if the user receives a forum post notification, the content (text at least) of the forum post should be included - not just the link back to the forum

Can distance units be hidden/unhiden from native Settings
This is a customer's request to make the Distance Unit feature under CampusM native Settings customisable.
Is it possible to remove, particularly, the "Miles" control from Distance Unit since it is irrelevant for Australian-based customer?
Please see the screenshot attached and more details in Case No 00418548.
