pop ups
This idea is around 'pop-ups'. What I mean by this is a 'smaller than full screen' message/banner that can be designed to sit in front of any desired content page or 'pop-up' in-between a tile and the intended end destination. I have listed a few examples below and also attached a super short video of it working on another one of the UOB apps.

Asset Manager - Asset Association Info
It would be useful if the Asset Manager could identify where Assets are used in the platform (or not as the case may be) without having to manually check all content/configuration areas against each asset.
This would enable us to see where assets are in use across the platform, should update be required and also allow us to remove old assets no longer in use.

App Manager - Single Log Out
The front end CampusM platform performs a full single log-out (SLO) when a user clicks 'log out'.
However, the same process is not applied to 'log out' in App Manager. Enhance counter to track interactions for anonymous users
Right now, for profiles with anonymous authentication (i.e., users who aren’t logged in), the system doesn’t update the counter when they see an alert because it can’t track who they are. This means even though anonymous users view the alert, the counter doesn’t reflect that.
We’re specifically looking to address this for our Experience Day profile, which doesn’t require any login. It would be really helpful if the counter could still register when an anonymous user sees the alert. We need this for tracking engagement during Experience Days, where users won’t necessarily be logged in.

User Permission Search/Report
Would it be possible to deliver a feature whereby we can search by user permission and present in a list of search results which user accounts have that permission assigned.
Similarly, could there be a search by Content area to identify which users had access to edit them.
Then finally, could there be an option to export a report to show all the permissions & content access assigned to every user to support a regular security review.

Quick Polls - Improvements
• Add a facility for users to anonymise their response on submission
Within the Quick Poll creation page we can choose to set a poll as 'anonymous' but this doesn't allow users to submit anonymously on polls where we haven't selected this option. Some users are more likely to submit if they feel their data is not gathered alongside and all feedback is valuable.

Add student name to the attendance export
Currently the attendance export which can be taken from within App Manager does not include the user's (student's) name. It would be useful if this could be added to allow us to easily filter by student.

Progress bar colour changes for 'Lists'
It would be great if we could configure a colour scheme for the progress bar that sits within 'Lists'. Like a traffic light system. For example if we had a list of 10 items and between 0% and 30% complete - the bar were to be coloured red, between 30% and 90% complete - the bar were to be coloured amber, and for 100% complete - the bar were to be coloured green - I think this would be really beneficial for the user to see instantly how they are getting on. API for Creative Studio
Creative Studio is a great content editor, but it lacks CMS features (revision history, scheduled publishing, content types, link checker). Training staff how to safely update content in yet another system is not practical in bigger institutions which have invested in a CMS. It also means content needs to be mastered and synchronised between two systems. Whilst it is possible link to web pages from App Builder, there are situations where native 'pocket guide' pages are better. Asset Manager - Permissions
When assigning permission to add/delete Assets (Resources) this currently releases full access to the to the Asset Manager structure. It would be preferred if access here could be granted in a similar way to Content, where access to add/delete is given to a particular folder, thereby limiting what individual users are able to amend and protecting other users/system config assets in place.

Provide a way to manage the Asset Manager
Provide a way to better manage files in the Asset Manager. Currently, if a file is uploaded to the incorrect folder or is not put in a folder, the only way to "move" it is to delete it and upload it again. Users should also be able to download files if necessary.

Feedback - Use of URL or Email Address
Would it be possible to update the Feedback feature with the option to either populate an Email Address (as now) or a URL as an alternative to enable us to push users to an external form for example, that will enable us to capture more information at the point of logging than is currently possible within the Feedback feature.
We would be looking at this mainly for the ‘Problem’ area, but it would also be useful to have in place across all Feedback options (Feedback, Problems & Ideas).
