Home Page Banners - Timeframe
At the moment, Home Page Banners have to be manually removed in App Manager at the end of their 'life' to take them off-show front-end. This is done either via full deletion or removal of Roles.
It would be useful if configuration was available when adding a Home Page Banner to set a timeframe/window for its lifetime (in a similar way to Quick Polls).
The addition of an End Date/Time, at which point the Home Page Banner auto-deleted or the assigned Roles were removed, would remove the need for users to diarise manual removal at the appropriate time and ensure that outdated Home Page Banners do not remain on-show to users, presenting a poor experience.
The addition of a Start Date/Time would also allow early creation of Home Page Banners, in a similar way to how we can currently pre-schedule Alerts & Quick Polls.
Banner Enhancements will be part of the 2026 roadmap!

Yes, this^^
Being able to schedule banners to go live and go offline! Our team has to do everything manually right now.

Absolutely, having the ability to set a timeframe or end date for banners would definitely streamline the banner management process. It would automate the display period, ensuring banners appear and disappear as needed without manual intervention. This could save time and reduce the risk of outdated banners being displayed.

Agree. This would be really useful. It would help us to much better manage our homepages at different time of years for different roles. thanks

We currently add banners into profiles through App Settings > Home Page Banners, as this gives us the ability to link banners in with roles, to give more targeted messages.
We now want to use the "Overrides" function (that I can see in the app builder) to target banners again.
How do we target a banner based on role (through app settings) and device (overrides in app manager)?
