Home Page Banners - Timeframe
At the moment, Home Page Banners have to be manually removed in App Manager at the end of their 'life' to take them off-show front-end. This is done either via full deletion or removal of Roles.
It would be useful if configuration was available when adding a Home Page Banner to set a timeframe/window for its lifetime (in a similar way to Quick Polls).
The addition of an End Date/Time, at which point the Home Page Banner auto-deleted or the assigned Roles were removed, would remove the need for users to diarise manual removal at the appropriate time and ensure…

Custom CampusM links in the portal
To create a custom link in the portal for tiles (e.g., portalname.com/custompart) so that users could be easily transferred to a specific tile's content within the portal.

Web based locations delivery
As a portal user, when linking to a location I would like to see the full details of the location (image, text, description and position actions) rather than showing the location pinned on the map
Is it possible to have the web based locations delivery styled to more of an iOS delivery? So when an location is linked to, you see the image, text, description and position actions and then have the option to view it on the map.

Open links in external browser (Safari, Chrome etc)
Ability to open links in an external browser on iOS and Android. Just ran a student feedback session and this was a strong theme. I see that a similar idea [ https://ideas.exlibrisgroup.com/forums/308182-campusm/suggestions/10304313-ability-to-break-out-of-webkit-browser ] was closed in Dec 2021, but no note explaining why. Thanks for considering :)

Make it possible to edit the order of the toolbar icons
The toolbar currently presents in this order 'My Campus, Settings, Calendar, Alerts, Search'. It would be good to be able to change this order, and make general edits to the toolbar such as icons and labels.

Enable Banner Tile Ordering
Banners cannot be ordered, new ones can only be added last in the order.
Would be great to define the order when adding eg 1st, 2nd etc or even better, drag up and down in order.

Ensure your colours match obligatory accessibility requirements (darker text, more contrast in colours)
As a university, our digital platforms (from websites to apps) must meet The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) to at least level AA. One aspect of accessibility is colour contrast and legibility.
Instead of applying coloured text to a tinted colour background the text should always stay a dark charcoal grey even when colour applied.
Currently most ‘lights’ and ‘brights’ in our
colour palette couldn’t be used (and it remain accessible). This is limiting our (and other clients) choice and flexibility for using colour to style the app.6 votes -
Home Page Banner Configuration
Would it be possible for App Settings > Home Page Banners to have a function to activate/de-activate each Banner?
At present we have to delete banners from here that we no longer wish to display in our portal and just have entries present for those we wish to show.
It would be useful if we instead had the option to de-activate to allow us to temporarily remove a banner from the front-end, giving us the option to reactivate it for display at a future date, rather than having to recreate it from scratch.
Being able to deactivate, rather than delete…6 votes -
extend the length of time that a notification can be viewed more than 90 days.
We have state requirements for some notifications to be listed for longer than 90 days. Some are for the whole year. Currently we would have to do a notification multiple times a year to be compliant. If there was a way to have the notification not expire or be able to see past notification past 90 days.

Profile Group
Please add a way to bypass the profile group selection:
When switching a profile from the settings, a new step has been recently added to select the Profile Group of the institution. Only then users can choose the library profile from a list. There is no point to select a group when all the profiles are under the same group.

Data on Role level
To be able to see in Oracle BI data at the level of Roles.
For the time being we can only see the data on the Profile level in Oracle BI. Unfortunately, breaking down the data to the roles is not supported at the moment.6 votesThis request has been incorporation into the campusM roadmap.

Add an optional 'copy to clipboard' button to ID Card PI
One of the best features to come out of Outlook was the inclusion of the 'copy to clipboard' icon next to fields in the address cards. No more fiddly selecting the address and accidentally picking up text either side. Since many of the fields in the ID Card PI are numbers and details that students want to use in other apps, why not make it really easy to grab them? This wouldn't make sense for every field, so perhaps make it optional if administrators wanted to include it? Thanks :)

Allow unvalidated students a second chance to check-in
If a student does an attendance check-in but it is marked as unvalidated then allow them a second chance to check-in.
This would allow students who have accidentally attempted to check-in whilst still walking to the class room another opportunity to have a valid check-in as well as possibly overcoming local issues with a room which might prevent a successful check-in

Using unique identifiers for the List PI items
At UCL we would like to use a unique identifier for items defined within the Lists PI. Currently the itemTitles are used as the key which really limits the PI and does not allow items with the same title and different content.

Allow switching orientation to landscape on Android tablets
The React Native app already supports orientation switching on iPads, so it makes sense for this feature to be available on both platforms for consistency.

API for Creative Studio
Creative Studio is a great content editor, but it lacks CMS features (revision history, scheduled publishing, content types, link checker). Training staff how to safely update content in yet another system is not practical in bigger institutions which have invested in a CMS. It also means content needs to be mastered and synchronised between two systems. Whilst it is possible link to web pages from App Builder, there are situations where native 'pocket guide' pages are better. If Creative Studio supported an API so that it was possible to update pocket guide pages by ID, it would be possible for…

In lecturer check-in, if you select a reason why the student isn't in the session it says 'Lecturer Logged Abscence' not what was selected
In lecturer check-in, when the lecturer selects a reason why the student isn't in the session it says 'Lecturer Logged Absence' and doesn't show the actual reason (student ill etc), which means lecturers are unsure they chose the right one and double check.
Show the actual logged reason selected!

We are requesting that campusM support Dynamic RelayState
We are trying to create a link to a hidden tile but after we have it created and use the link it takes us to the home page and not the direct link.
