New version download prompt
Detect current version of app and prompt users to download latest version when opening, (either optional or required) to continue using the app - with message to explain why they need to upgrade (potentially editable by institution).
Would be useful when we've had recent updates to key services/tiles that are not being realised by students with manual updates, whilst ensuring consistency of experience for all.

Impersonation Function
Allow impersonation - so a user would be able to 'impersonate' another user by entering their email address, then for a limited time in the app the impersonated email address would be returned instead of their own.

Allow labels for AEK screens that are not displayed to end users
We would like a way to distinguish between AEK screens / menu options that are named the same.
We have identically named screens / menus because we have SSO and non-SSO versions of the tile and we don't want to confuse our students by having different names for the same logical tile just because of the way it's delivered i.e. device or web page.
It's a problem for us because when trying to tie roles to a screen it's really hard to know which version of the screen to use.

Terms of Use should only need to be accepted during first login
We have had several discussions with campusM about the terms of use. It is not ideal to have users accept the terms every time they log in. We would like this to only happen during the first login process.

Scheduling for app publishing
the work flow is a simple one our user add content
App Setting > Content > any content area
For this to be available in the app you have to go to
App settings > Publish Content > select all the All options
As you only want to publish content when you are ready, and we have many authors. We have a process that says we publish at 8am and 12 noon. But a human has to do this.
I would like it to be automated so we can schedule content publishing.

Ability to SSO from native app to external browser
We currently utilise the CampusM native in-app browser for our LMS system, and we are finding several functionality lacking/not supported with the in-app browser.
Our LMS system allows for:
- Downloading of video lectures to the user's local device
- Downloading class materials to the user's local device
- View captured videos lectures at different playback speedThe above is currently not possible with the in-app browser and we generally find an external browser to provide a much richer experience for our students, our LMS team can provide confirmation that all major external browsers works best with our LMS system.…

Add the ability to customise connection messages on devices
Can we have ability to create customsed connection error pages while opening the modules when there are internet connection problems?
Those messages will be more user-friendly then a simple "No Connection" message on connection error page.

Folders for Tiles
Briefly: Please add a "Folder" tile type that can group tiles together. Clicking on the Folder would show the contents of the folder, similar to the home screen.
Background: We have a large number of Tiles. There are several Product Integrations, a couple RSS, several AEKs and lots of Static Content. And we've only scratched the surface of what our individual department does. To expand to the entire university, we're going to need some way to group these together at least one step below the Home page. A similar User Interface exists on mobile devices to group multiple apps into…

Faculty Student Real Time Communication
The heart of student engagement should be the enablement of direct and real time faculty to student communication within the explicit context of a class. Think class cancellations, room changes, emergency notifications, assignment reminders, including quizzes, homework, and exams, last minute class changes and updates, and any important information that the instructor needs or would like to communicate in real time. In addition a communication framework like this would allow students to opt in and communicate with each other as well for classroom discussions and group work without having to disclose their own phone numbers. I am basically proposing a…

Show location of next activity/lecture on timetable live tile
As well as lecture title and time, show the lecture location on the live tile for timetable - this way students may be able to attend the upcoming lecture/event with only the glance from the home screen.

Display App version in Support emails
As a member of the IT support team, I would like to receive support emails that contain the app version, so that I can debug issues more effectively
When a user reports a problem with the app, the phone model is displayed so the iOS vs Android version can be distinguished however the app version is not displayed so if there is a user running an older version of the app it isn't obvious and that could be the cause of the issue or something which has been resolved in the newer version of the app so it would be…

Allow the List View to be saved as the default view
The "arrange" feature allows users to view the tiles as a list, but when they leave the arrange menu or click "Done", it goes back to the tile view. Especially for visually impaired users, I think the list view might be more usable, so it should be able to be saved as their default view.

Allow the exporting and importing of the appmanager settings between environments
We should be able to export and import the app manager settings/configuration between the development and live environments.
This would allow us to keep the two environments in sync and also allow us to test in development and then sync it to live without the possibility of human data entry errors.

Link to AEK pages from notificaions
It is possible to link to an AEK menu as per https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/campusM/ProductDocumentation/04Appendices/BWorkingwithAppURLs but strangely not to an individual AEK page in a notification.

Even a position’s longitude and latitude given by the web service, the native directory search component can only perform a Google / Apple M
Even a position’s longitude and latitude given by the web service, the native directory search component can only perform a Google / Apple Maps search based on the text of the address which is on the service. As a result of it Google / Apple Maps
returns wrong result. It would be great yo use position’s longitude and latitude.5 votes -
Review changes before publishing
Before publishing any new content, aek etc to the app it would be useful to be able to view a breakdown of what changes have been made since the last publish.

Personalised Service Outage Page
The error page that is displayed to students in the event of a Service Outage needs some work to make it useful (if this ever happens again).
If possible it would be more useful to have a University branded page that provides our students direct links into our core underlying applications ..... such as LMS, Student Management System, LCS and also contact details for our Service Desk.
The message that the service is currently available with no other calls to action or options was not helpful to the student population.

Change spellings according to the App's location in the UK or US
In the campus map, under Categories, Favourites should be spelled Favorites for US-based apps. We've noticed spelling errors like this in other parts of the app. This should be automatic, it should not have to be requested every time we notice a "misspelling" for our user-base.

Links to a map
As an app user, I would like to be taken directly to a map, so that I can view the map for a specific area rather than having to choose the map from locations for the area I'm interested in
It would be good to have a link like this:
campusm://uniloc?posCode=XX
But that instead opened the whole map.
