At the gym, a personal trainer doesn’t just hand you a manual. They show you what to do, in the right order, with clear feedback. Rosetta could do something similar for new users and casual users.
Some ideas:
Goal-based walkthroughs (for example: “Ingest a new collection”, “Run a fixity check”, “Restore from backup”) with simple, on-screen steps.
Checklists and progress bars, so users know where they are in the process.

Why is Apple getting rid of Rosetta 2 in macOS 27?
Why is Apple so against backwards compatibility with apps that are still on Intel. For example, I still run some older Intel binary apps that are no longer updated and will never be Grow a Garden. Why can't Apple maintain backwards compatibility? Windows is so much better in this regard.

User Interface Enhancements: “Recent History” & Improved Navigation Across Modules
A library staff member is processing a batch of loans or metadata updates. Without “Recent History,” they need to manually navigate back to each record or re-run searches, increasing chances of errors.
In course reading list creation (Leganto), staff often switch between Alma and Primo VE; a unified history would prevent repeated searches and clicks.
While troubleshooting, staff can quickly revisit previously checked records or searches without losing context.

I am hooking up an audio interface (Tascam Model 12) and when I tried downloading the drivers, I got a message that said I needed to install Rosetta to open it X Trench Run. I am totally new to Macs: is this a complete non-issue? Will Rosetta impact my Mac's performance in any way? I've read it's difficult to uninstall, so I'm hesitant to do it. Updates for Rosetta METS XSD pertaining to multiple file IDs
We discovered that our initial METS file lacked unique file IDs in the structMaps for the preservation master and modified master representations because of a mistake in one of our input files that generates the METS during a recent batch of deposits (for more information, see case 00477041 from the Getty). Just the same file ID from the access file representation was being repeated.
For some reason, there was no METS validation error when we checked against the Rosetta XSD both before and after deposit. However, as a result, the structMaps with the duplicate file IDs did not list any…
