Additional Navigation for linked materials
When following an outside link, such as Check for Full Text, the links open a Primo page that lacks the typical navigation. Users can't easily access another search option or even get back to the homepage of their library. My suggestion is to add basic navigation to such pages so that users can continue their searching rather than ending up at a dead end or having to double back.

Please make the MARC bib. 245 subfield p from the bibliographic record available.
The MARC 245 subfield p from the bibliographic record is not exposed to Primo. This means that the data in the b245p is not available to display to users in the My Account section of Primo, as part of the requesting process and on pull slips for items. This becomes important when the items have 245a data that is the same. For example, when a video game has the same name with more info in the 245p like the ones below.

Have Available status in Primo be variable so that it shows Recently Returned for 24 hours and then automatically changes to Available
Currently there is a single code table label showing an Available status. Having the option to configure a label of Recently Returned that would display for 24 or 48 hours and then automatically change to Available would more accurately tell the patron and staff twhere an item might be.

Second sort in facets
Currently, Primo shows the items in the facets (e.g. the subjects facet) either sorted alphabetically or by the number of items.
However, it seems to order the items randomly when the number of items is identical for several different subject heading in the facet.
It would be beneficial to be able to configure a secondary sort option for these items (for example when using a multilingual subject heading system - to present the same subject in both language one after the other).83 votes -
"Show Source Record" to users with Alma Staff Role only
Although we can now display the MARC record in the UI using the "Show source records" we feel this feature is only really useful for Library staff and not for the vast majority of users who will not find it useful and will just add clutter to the full record for the majority. Ideally we would like the "Show source records" to be linked to the Alma library staff role so it will only display when our library staff are logged into Primo.
Currently the only option to display this link in the UI is to have it appear for…

Provide institutions with the ability to systematically boost the ranking of Subscribed PCI collections over Open Access PCI collections
Often, there are multiple versions of an article offered in Primo. The different versions might be the result of having access through paid subscriptions and open access collections. However, there is currently no effective way for an institution to give systematic preference to the type of collection they want their patrons to see first. We request the ability to systematically boost the ranking of Subscribed PCI collections over Open Access PCI collections.

Add *before* directives in the new UI
While it's great that the new UI includes directives for us to target when we do customizations, we're generally limited to only putting things AFTER what we may want to manipulate. It would be good to have an easier way to inject our customizations before.
For example, I'd like to place some helper text before our Online Access tab on some items based on the PNX. Right now, I have to put the message below and then do some DOM manipulation. I'd prefer to avoid the DOM manipulation altogether.

Browse by physical location in Primo
In Primo, it is not currently possible to browse by physical location & in our previous system, we were able to do so. For instance, from http://primo.rollins.edu/primo_library/libweb/action/search.do?fn=showBrowse&mode=BrowseSearch&vid=01RC&tab=books_tab&dscnt=0&dstmp=1467208388734 we would like to have the option to browse by one of our locations, for instance For example, I would like to see what titles we have in Rare Special or Rare Florida Collections, but I do not see from the browse menu.
we would like to be able to somehow browse by a given physical location in Primo without doing a keyword or title search for a particular item.

Add ability to change default sort for results
I would like to change the default sort for one of our views from Relevance to Date-newest. Our library has a lot of grey literature which is not handled appropriately by the Relevance sort.

Add a list of suggestions to zero result searches in the A-Z Journals list
It is not possible to display a list of suggestions when a user retrieves zero results for a search in the A-Z Journals list. However, it is possible in Primo simple and advanced search. It would be beneficial to provide users with a distinct list of suggestions if they retrieve zero results in the A-Z journals list.

Add configuration option for displaying time as military or non-military
Libraries should be able to choose whether to display time as military or non-military, based on local preference. It would be optimal if there was a per-view configuration option for making this choice.

Stop the difference in the item display between Alma and Primo when the description field is filled in
I would like to see all monograph items display as such in the Primo location tab.
Currently if an item (even if tagged elsewhere as a one time monograph) contains anything in the Items description field Primo is treating the item as a serial.
For an explanation of how Primo does this see the following knowledge center article: https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/Primo/Knowledge_Articles/Difference_in_the_item_display_between_Alma_and_Primo_when_the_description_field_is_filled_inThis is a problem as it prevents users from easily seeing the availability information.
See for example the attached screenshot where the number of available titles does not display. Please change the logic in Primo so that it does not treat…

Provide institutions with the ability to systematically boost the ranking of PCI collections with link-resolver delivery over PCI collection
Many times, there are multiple versions of an article offered in Primo. Some versions are delivered via the link resolver, while others are delivered via direct linking. Delivery via the link resolver is the norm and often provides better accessibility. However, there is currently no effective way for an institution to give systematic preference to the type of collection they want their patrons to see first. We request the ability to systematically boost the ranking of PCI link-resolver collections over PCI direct-linking collections.

Copyright agreement note
Copyright agreement note for ADAM objects displayed in Primo new UI as the old Aleph OPAC page. It does not match the new UI look & feel.
Ex Libris explained that it's impossible to expand copyright agreement notes inside a frame like it was in traditional (old) UI. It happens since new UI supported full SSL protocol and HTML file in Aleph couldn't support this protocol. My suggestion to change the relevant Aleph HTML file design and font is impossible because there are css differences between Primo new UI and Aleph.
The main idea of this enhancement is to develop…

The advanced search is not available for mobile devices (screenwidth below 960px). Actually you can link to the andvanced search but it is not very usable, as the layout needs to be improved for small screen devices.

Holdingsfile should take into account the holdings of physical items
In our Primo we have set up that only articles that you have access to is presented in the first result-list, but that you can remove this filter by checking the tick box on the left to include result that you do not have access to.
Currently only the holdingf for electronic journals are taken into account. If the library has only the physical journal the article will not be part of the first search result. It will look like the library does not have this article, when the truth is that the user could get it in print.

Display e-book-only call numbers
Please have Primo display call numbers for items that are only available in electronic format. For example, if we have an item only as an e-book, no call number displays and that also means that the Virtual Browse function doesn't work. Even though the call number for an e-book might seem irrelevant, it's actually very useful in determining the focus of a book (e.g., a book about politics with a BF call number tells us it's looking at the topic from a psychological perspective). Thanks for considering.

Add search options for atoz list
Primo provides only title search options for A to Z list. It would be useful to have more options such as ISSN, ISBN or publisher.
