Feedback Tool for Primo VE - allow user's email as addressFrom in Report a Problem Letter
The Feedback Tool for Primo VE (May 2022) would be even better if the user's email address could be put in the addressFrom field in the Report a Problem letter in Alma. Just as the category is put in the emailSubject field:
New feedback received from a Primo user - {category _ name}
allow the addressFrom field to contain:
{user _ email}
This would then work better with CRMs and ticketing systems, or just mean that you can hit Reply to the email.

This would be swell. We spend a lot of time changing the from address on tickets to the actual questioner address. Sometimes you forget and then have to go back and resend the response. Update: I opened a ticket with support as I thought there MUST be a way to enable this but support confirm this idea is our only hope! If I could use all my votes on this idea I would.
