[Primo] - allow to set up a default view, i.e. the landing view for the user when view ID is missing or mistyped
Right now the 'default' view in Primo is the 'out of the box' view, named 'default', which is normally used as template by user for creating the View actually in use. And that's fine.
But the customer should be allowed to define which view sahll be used as default View in the Primo instance. Current feature "Session timeout URL" is not enough.
- In case for example of mistyping the URL, the system leads to the 'default/otb' view.
- If a View is deleted but a user has a bookmark, again the system leads to the 'default/otb' view.
It should be possible to select a default view to deal with these scenarios.
For example, in Primo BO a checkbox in the View Menu could for example be added, allowing to select the view that should actually by used by default.

In the NDE, from March 2026, a wrong view name should lead to an error page:

Expected behaviour would be either a customizable 404 page or a redirect.
