[Primo] - UI - show Call Number in My Library Card - Requests
The information about the shelfmark and physical position of an Item (i.e. the Physical Location and the Call Number) in not displayed in the Requests section of My Library Card. It is not displayed even if you expand the row (see attachment).
The same happens in the old UI, if you click on Details. It might look like a minor issue, but it's not. Users looking at their requests have no clue where they books are actually located. They are forced to perform the search again for each item they requested. Consider that in many cases items are not moved to an Hold Shelf physically separated (for instance when we have many copies of the title, or simply because the Library does not use a dedicated Hold Shelf at all, and requested books are left where they are, waiting for the users who reserved them).
Adding the information about Physical Location and Call Number to the requests list would be therefore a major improvement for the users.

We have hit the same problem of patrons not being able to see the call number in the requests area of My Library card in Primo VE. With some popular books "Tabbner's nursing care : theory and practice" now being in 2 volumes it is hard for the patron to know which volume they have placed a request on. As a lot of the Library card is now customizable (Nov 22) this area of requests should be customizable as well. The example I have shows 2 "Tabbner's" and you can't see the difference between the 2 requests so the patron has no idea which they have placed on hold in comparison to the loans tab, which can be customized and you can see easily the exact item the patron has borrowed.
Completely agree that the ability to customize the Requests tab in the Library card would be an improvement for patrons and will make the Request tab in line with the other customizable tabs of the library card.
