Send email when pipe finishes with errors.
When a pipe finishes normally, but some records did not load due to errors, right now the only way to find out whether that happened or not is to go into the back office, Monitor Primo Status, Pipe Monitoring, and click on "Errors" next to the pipe (and a futher step to get to "History" if the pipe is not the last one run).
We run four Alma pipes a day, and around a half dozen other pipes once a day. WE DON'T HAVE TIME TO DO THIS and I bet a lot of other customers don't either.
But we want to know whether any records didn't load due to errors. A previous vendor emailed a report from every load, that showed whether there were errors and even printed out the MARC record. This would be fine, but something simpler might suffice. Could this be something that gets included in Primo Analytics? Then we could run a report daily that showed all pipes that had non-loading records with errors, get an email with the report, and follow up on them. Or something like that direct from Primo, if the analytics approach wouldn't work.
There are other conditions we might want to get alerted to (pipes that finish normally but don't load anything in some cases, and not in others). Being able to run a report every week or so with the number of records loaded for each pipe over all the runs that week, would be cool, too. But maybe that needs to be another idea.

I am removing my vote from this item because we have moved to Primo VE (and I need votes for other things)

I see this is also a NERS enhancement. Don't remember adding it there, but hope it can get some notice. We had another mysterious batch of 8 errors today - this time, the load was so small that the pipe errored out. But I wonder how many more like this have been happening. Hopefully we can diagnose the problem on the Alma end soon.
