    Go to acquisitions | funds and ledgers and locate the ledger you wish to extend. Open the ledger, which should open to the Summary page. Scroll down to the 'Rules' section. There you can add a 'grace period' and other controls to adjust the availability of the funds in a ledger.

    I always, ALWAYS set a grace period of 60 days. I've been moving things around for the last week or so to clean up post rollover of POLs, and moving things around is fine despite the fact that in Alma our FY24 is 'closed'.

    If others do something else, I'd be delighted to know.
