    Kia ora, like you, our advisors/supervisors are listed as contributors on ETDs. Our supervisors DO receive a copy of the email notification when the deposit is approved. Perhaps your configuration for this isn't set up quite right? Best wishes, Mandy

    100% agree! It is a great risk to only be able to control portal visibility AFTER approval. We have highly sensitive (commercial/cultural) theses that require full suppression from the portal and profiles. As we embark on our Esploro journey, this inability to set visibility before approval was met with great consternation.
