    Thanks for your ideas I think that adding support for the designation "Free to Read" is a great suggestion and especially for the situation described where the published version is closed but an accepted manuscript is available.

    If you use "assign to" then we could consider adding a facet or filter by "assigned to"?

    HI, It is not clear to me from the request where the publisher specific permissions would be stored. There is not a Publisher entity and most Resource types do not have a link to a publisher so I'm not sure that is the best option. One thought would be to store them as Licenses. Customers can enter their own Licenses and in addition to a license code and name there is a license description that can store the copyright terms. Research Output, files and links all have a field for License. If this is not what you had in mind, please provide more details about where you want access to this data and how you want to "interrogate" Esploro for this information.
