Issue 1: Currently, ETD degree names must be manually entered individually into the table. There is no facility to upload a spreadsheet to populate the table. When repositories need to account for all relevant current degrees as well as past degrees for earlier theses uploaded, this list can be very long - we had 100.
Solution: allow for spreadsheet upload to populate table.

Issue 2: There is no apparent way to control where a new degree is added in the list. It does not add to the end of the current list, it is not alphabetical, it seems to insert the new degree randomly. When approving ETDs, the Admin list of degrees in the hub is set by the order of ETD Degree Names table. It is not alphabetical. This means Admins have to scroll through lists of random ordering (resulting from the inability to control where a new degree is inserted into the table) to find the correct degree.
Solution: Add ability to drag and drop the order of degrees in the ETD Degree name table to meet customers' needs. The Admin's list view in the hub will match this. Alternatively, have the Admin's list view ordered alphabetically so there is at least some logic to the order.
